J'ai apprécié l'agencement de l'appartement, l'accueil, la propreté, l'amabilité du personnel Il y a un numéro whatsapp où on pouvait communiqué avec un des personnels de l'hôtel à tout moment (et le temps de réponse hyper rapide) Quelques mètres, il y avait la plage et pleins de bar / restaurant en face de la mer La piscine était très agréable avec un bar attenant (dommage qu'elle soit de l'autre côté de la rue) Il y a une épicerie rattaché à l'hôtel, ce qui est pratique (par contre aucun prix affiché ce qui n'est pas très pro)

La pression de la douche n'était pas suffisante, il n'y avait pas de parking propre à l'hôtel Dommage que la piscine soit de l'autre côté de la rue Les canapé qui peuvent faire office de lit sont beaucoup trop dur (je me suis retrouvé bloqué du dos pendant 2j malheureusement)

Poor service, with the soaring heat the air condition did not work. It gets switched off on its own and to turn it on you have to go to the reception to inform. They had a phone in the room which did not work. So, have to go to the reception in person to inform. Shower had soap dispenser which was empty, never filled I guess.

The property is a 2 star hotel and it can be seen as that. Our room had a few crack tiles with holes in. Also our sink was slow to drain so wasn't the best.

it was very nice, clean and the staff were all very friendly. pool was not even a minute walk from the apartments and the mini market was overly expensive like some other places. nice restaurants 2 minute walk away to watch the sunset.

Where they store your luggage on check in and departure is not locked the majority of the time and people can just walk in and out. If you arrive before Check in and need to get ready they only have a small steamy shower room with steamed up mirrors and people going in and out to shower so you are a hot sweaty mess before you’ve even left the hotel.

Swimming pool was perfect for our small son. The area is busy full of youmg people and party goers. Good vibes. Parking right at the hotel is tricky since it is almost always full, but there is free parking nearby. The whole staff is very attentive and kind, one feels welcomed. There is a convenience store right in the ground floor with everything needed and is open until midnight.

Flats are not sound proofed. We got a flat near the elevator on the middle of the corridor and it was very noisy. Also it was noisy from upstairs. So if you are a light sleeper pack your earplugs.

Location, lovely room with equipped kitchen, big terrace with sea view.

Loved the staff so welcoming good vibes would stay here again only thing was room wasn't cleaned loads but staff were so accommodating everyone's just good vibes

Location was good , supermarket below the apartment was a good plus. Kitchen amenities were good , housekeeping was good.

Reception staff at night was extremely unhelpful and just sat there for the sake of 24 hrs Reception service. The lift stopped working on the day of our check out and we had to bring 5 heavy suitcases from the 5th floor to the ground floor. Lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was very less. There were see through windows in the bathroom and anyone from outside could see you taking a shower.

We were there 4 days. We had no room cleaning, no fresh towels, no fresh sheets etc. Breakfast was just okay, service there was very slow

The position of hotel is close to the beach. And balcony was a good size. Could do with parasol.

Access for wheelchair users was a bit of an assault course. Even though staff went out of their way to accommodate and help. Would be really difficult if and unsuitable travelling on your own.

The hotel itself is great, spacious rooms with all the amenities you need. Comfortable beds, very clean and on great location. Very near the beach, markets, restaurants…

The net was not working well sometimes even it was not working at all. We give 10 for the hotel itself, but we had difficulties sleeping or resting during the day because the hotel is very close on the backside to another hotel and different music was playing loud from different apartments with open doors. Also there were people right next to our apartment that were so loud all day and even at night until 2 am, laughing, yelling. The receptionist though was very polite and went upstairs to tell them to lower down immediately which we liked. I am not sure from where exactly, but there were constant movements from chairs, slamming doors, moving beds… maybe from the cleaning ladies but it was ongoing all day and the next morning. It was too noisy for us, but thats San Antonio and younger tourists that come to Ibiza!
