Their facilities are all clean, especially loved the swimming pool and common dining area. Host and staff were friendly and helpful. petrol station/convenience store and cafe are right next to the accommodation. Beautiful beaches are just across the road. walking distance to the bike hire shop too!

it’s out of hosts control but dogs around their neighbourhoods area were so loud especially in the night every night. it sounded like they were fighting almost.

Location is wonderful. I like the west side of the island. Less touristy. The beaches are beautiful and with tropical fish to see close to shore. The convenience of a well stoked store nearby and a range of quality restaurants in the area.

Excellent, friendly staff who did their utmost to ensure that our family were informed of the best local shopping, rental car hire, favourite restaurants, Entertainment, Markets, the Tides (which is really important), loved that we had our own private beach outside the gates😊 Clean and tidy units and grounds at all times. Thank you Paul and Jane for all the times I had asked for advice,and you catered to our needs. My daughters' birthday was made so special, a day she will not forget...love how you went that extra mile to ensure she had an unforgettable birthday in beautiful Rarotonga. My parents enjoyed their stay. It was easy to find and it wasn't far from the city. The beach is right across the road and the rooms look just like the pictures. The staff there were very accommodating. Overall my parents were very happy with their stay and I would recommend this place to everyone.
