The location and building are great! The apartment is small, but has all the right spaces: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kutchen, living room. The bed pillows are hard, so you might want to bring your own if you like soft pillows. The washer is quite small, but services most needs and if you need to do a full load there is a laundromat right next the the restaurant outside the building. When we were in Seville, it was HOT so the air conditioner was a huge life saver. Overall, we enjoyed the place. Wonderful restaurants nearby!

The location was amazing. The flat was great. Only issue was that the middle room smelled like smoke, very heavy smell. I think the previous renters smoked in that room.

Overall the apartment worked well for 6 adults. Easy to get around the city to all the monuments (Cathedral, Alcazar and Triana Market).
Lovely greating by Manuel at the door and an easy walk from the train station or quick taxi ride.
Only recommendation is to get a better filter for the air flow as any smokers outside, even with the windows closed, it would smell like smoke in the apartment.
Would definitely return!

We found the apartment very comfortable and with great access to all the sites and historic locations. Restaurants were great and the apartment was mostly quiet for sleeping. Thank you for a lovely stay

The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a great location and very quiet. The only drawback was that the washing machine didn't work well, and left clothes sopping wet. It took days for them to dry properly, even after wringing them out by hand.

Overall I would recommend this accommodation.
The location is outstanding, its very comfortable and there is no noise from outside the apartment block.
Downsides:
- There is mold in some places in the bathrooms and discoloration around kitchen window, plus some of the pans could do with being replaced.
- There is noise from neighbours within the apartment block, so for example can hear people talking and tv.
- Water didn't stay hot for long, so couldn't run a bath for example.

Lovely apartment in a good location. Can and Uber had difficulties getting to it, so ask to be dropped off at the hotel next door . Construction at building replacing an elevator which we were not advised of in advance so noisy in the morning. Management very polite about it and issued a one day refund as compensation.

Quiet neighborhood and great location
The apartment is located in a complex that is off a main street, and appears to be mostly locals. Because of that, it was very low noise, and well kept up. The amenities are as promised in the listing.
With five of us in the unit, the living room was a little small for everyone, but that wasn't really an issue because we spent most our time exploring Sevilla.
The location was great. It's in central Sevilla, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Giralda, so was perfect for sightseeing. There are several restaurants very close to the complex that were worth sampling as well.
The management company was easy to work with.

Glad we stayed here.
The staff at Via was always helpful, before and during our stay. The apartment was very convenient to exploring the city, and a car is completely unnecessary - walking, buses, and the Renfe train system are encouraged. A large format laundry is across the street to compliment the in-apartment mini-machine (just underwear useful only). The cuisine in Seville is so wonderful (and affordable) that the kitchen was only used to open a bottle of wine, but it is well stocked and ready, as desired. Bring your walking shoes and camera, and appetite, and have a great time!

Worth a five star review!
This apartment was just as it looks in the photos, very clean and comfortable, and straightforward check-in process. Can definitely recommend, we were 5 adults and there was certainly enough space for us all, plus 2 bathrooms was a definite bonus. If you decide to cook, the kitchen has everything you could need. Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral and also near bus stops. We went to Cordoba for the day and Santa Justa station was an easy 15 minute walk away. We would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Navidades en Sevilla
The living room/dinning room was small, there was not enough space for the 5 of us to sit. Meal were a challenged, it required to move furniture around to open one of the table leaves. The apartment looked clean at first sight but there was a considerable amount of dust under the furniture that came out when we opened the windows to air it.

Leuke buurt, maar
In het algemeen wel in orde. Maar er ontbrak iedere voorziening voor ouderen. Met als gevolg dat we geen gebruik durfden te maken van het bad. Terwijl dit toch een algemene vereiste is in Spanje.
In de uitgebreide handleiding ontbrak ook een adres van een arts, en je weet maar nooit.

Excellent Location!
We stayed in this quiet apartment for five nights in mid-June. It was a perfect home base and is well situated in the Santa Cruz Barrio of old Seville with lots to do within walking distance. The apartment was clean, well cared for and looked like the pictures. The kitchen had everything we required and all appliances worked well, including wifi. We found it cozy and comfortable for the for the four of us; and we appreciated the firm, comfortable beds. We all slept great and can’t wait to return to Seville one day.

Lovely little haven in the old town
This apartment was so close to the Cathedral and central to other attractions. It was really well equipped and furnished beautifully. The complex was attractive and very secure yet surrounded by restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. Once within the apartment it was really quiet especially at night and the aircon was very effective. The only negative would be the size of the living/dining area if 6 people were staying as it was really small. However, there were only two of us so not a problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook if I come to Seville again.

Great Sevilla location
Excellent location in old Sevilla in quiet apartment complex. Out front is square with many cafes. Walk to everything. Manager was quite helpful. Would certainly recommend.

Enjoyed the location of this apartment very much. Close to the main attractions and some lovely restaurants for sure. The apartment is on the small size but certainly manageable. There were four of us so used the extra bedroom for storage. Parking is two blocks away and complicated. Still loved our stay despite a couple of monsoon days in Seville.

Location, quiet and comfort!
We (girls trip for 4 friends) loved our recent stay at this property. It is right next to the Hotel Rey Alfonso and diagonal from Casa de Juderia with easy access to the prime sight and shopping areas of Seville. Probably best to ask taxi to take you to Hotel Rey Alfonso to most readily find the apartment. Each room opens to a juliette balcony on a quiet courtyard. In the afternoon the school children would play a while and aside from that there was zero noise in the courtyard. If it's cool, opening the doors allows some fresh air in; if it's hot the AC does a great job of cooling down the apartment. Both the apartment and building are meticulously and spotlessly maintained. The decor is charming and there is lots of storage. Little things like additional toilet paper and other amenities were included. The orientation to the property was thorough and a reference book provided additional insight you might need. Strong Wifi. Any negatives are small and almost inconsequential...the coffee table in the living area is huge taking a lot of space but it is on rollers. The closet door in the master closes too easily creating a banging noise which might annoy the neighbors. There is an elevator but the one set of stairs to get to the apartment are very doable. The property goes down as one of my favs and one I hope to return to in the not so distant future!!!
