Good location in Poblado Medellin next to a lot of good restaurants and shopping malls, good wi-fi but above all I appreciate the friendly staff from breakfast (thank you Liliana for being an artist in preparing our every morning cappuccino and Jey Jey for the best omelets),as well as Marianna and Ana-Maria from the front desk and reception

Great food. Young guy making omelettes was amazing. Pool was warm. Great security!

Seemed to have lots of problems with in room safes. But they were very quick to repair them.

Breakfast was wonderful. Unfortunately we only got to use it once due to other commitments. Coffee/tea available in reception area. 20 mins walk to metro station. The hotel links into a shopping mall which had great restaurants in it.

We are tippers and everyone was so appreciative. It just felt good to see how impactful that was so please tip. The hotel was really nice though you see some upkeep items being done cause older property. Room was nice and the issues we had were immediately handled. Very clean and well kept. Loved the access to the mall. The Jacuzzi could have been warmer it was Luke warm, but pool and sauna was great. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel doesn’t give change for USD. Very little of the front desk staff spoke English I say have at least 1 person per shift who is fluent at the front desk especially since this is the front desk area. However, everyone is super friendly.
