The staff were friendly and it was a nice little boutique hotel. The food and drinks were reasonably priced.

The service at the bar and restaurant was terribly slow. They had a sign that asked you not to put any toilet paper in the toilet.

Toch te ver weg van strand en national park. Beter een hotel nemen beneden in Quepos. Zwembad van de buren: veel jeugd en dus veel lawaai. Hotel ontvangt grote groepen wat uiteraard veel lawaai met zich meebrengt in bar en restaurant en aan het zwembad. In het restaurant vaak n onaangename geur. Dat lossen ze dan op met wierook of gaan ze rond met een wc speay

Ik hou van de kleinschaligheid. De kamer is eigenlijk een soort van bungalow kamer in de tuin. Heel fijn. Leuk zwembadje erbij. Prima ontbijt, aardig personeel.

Het bed is vrij hard. Verder wel prima geslapen.

Really nice location and grounds, you don’t think it’s much from the look at it but once you go in it’s a really lovely hotel and rooms. Lovely breakfast, pool area and nice rooms.

La piscina un poco pequeña y nos tocó una habitación al lado de un espacio para los empleados del hotel , los cuales no tenían el más mínimo cuidado a la hora de hablar y recoger material.

One of the bed matress was a lot softer than the other ones.

Resort type feeling, all amenities you would need, great breakfast included, monkeys come every morning to great you in the trees outside your room, nice pool and oasis lush grounds, nice size rooms, comfortable beds, very nice and helpful staff.

Some maintenance is needed in the bathroom as the humidity has done a number on facilities, but a I’ll overall a wonderful hotel and experience.

We had a wonderful stay at The Falls. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. At the restaurant, we really liked the breakfast, but also the other meals were delicious. What we liked most was the garden with the numerous wild animals that you can see there. Every morning, there was a group of monkeys playing on the trees and the roofs. By bus we could easily reach the beach, quepos and the national park.

We loved the cleanliness of the room. It was very comfortable. The garden grounds were amazing. We were lucky enough to book the private cabin, and we felt like we were in our own little oasis. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly. We plan to stay here again!

The 3 bedroom apartment has a distinct odor & needs major updating to be on par with the rest of the hotel’s rooms. Not a great place for kids.

Nice well-located hotel with big and cozy rooms and a small but interesting garden. Very good breakfast with gluten free options. Generally friendly and helpful staff.

The staff should verify the offered tours; we tried the mangrove boat tour that turned out to be a tourist trap with the guide feeding the semi-domesticated monkeys.

The hotel was clean. The staff are professional, friendly and competent. We typically had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Service at the restaurant was good, so was the food. The menu’s were a little limited though but I’d rather have that and good food than a larger choice with average food. The staff went above and beyond expectations when it came to helping their guests.

The polished wood and stone interior rooms are a delight! The jungle facing wall is glass with wooden slat shades and a wonderful balcony and sitting area. The lush tropical grounds are chock full of monkeys and birds. The food was superb and the staff attentive! I am going back to The Falls!

Excellent room, very clean, well appointed, large, quiet. Housekeeping excellent.Garden wonderful, lots of animals. Pool clean. Good position with excellent choice of local eateries including Falafel bar, bakery at El Avion. Bus outside door to park or Quepos every 15 mins.

Breakfast dishes and service hit and miss. Huevos Rancheros very good. French toast uncooked and inedible. Normal toast stale and weirdly untoasted.

Shower near pool had a blocked drain. Room door lock rather flimsy and irritating to use. Expensive drinks.

The apartment was brilliant, the washing machine & dryer was very handy !!!!! The staff were very welcoming, breakfast was enjoyable. The apartment was perfect, large, very comfortable, clean and tidy. The restaurant food was very good.

Breakfast was delicious and ample. They were very accomodating for early breakfasts. The staff, in particular, Bryant and Alexandro, were delightful. The shower was AMAZING.

The room could have been a bit brighter. The decor was a bit dark.

Everything was EXCELLENT from the staff to the location, to the property facilities ! Strongly recommended!
