Excellent stay in a cosy hotel in a quiet neighborhood

The property was very inviting, the staff was very friendly and the room was very cosy. Location was very nice in a quiet neighborhood.

Wifi was a bit slow in the room. AC could have worked better.

Poor

Could barely find a parking spot. Couldn't sleep in peace due to the people's noise in the night bar. The shower sprinkler was bad.

Thank you for your kindness

Thank you so much Mehdi and the team. I had a very unpleasant experience at the airport with AirMaroc and was very distressed as a solo female traveller. I booked the hotel very last minute at an extremely busy time for the country (World Cup), but they went out of their way to ensure I was safe and relaxed. As my stay was unplanned I didn’t have any money and they kindly arranged for free transport to and from the airport. These little gestures of kindness mean so much when someone is feeling hopeless, so I can’t thank the team enough for all of the kindness they have showed. I’ve read reviews about the food, and while I agree the restaurant meals weren’t the best, the breakfast was great. Plentiful and freshly prepared. Thank you all (driver, security, cook and manager) again.

No WiFi in the room no lifter you have to carry your luggage up the stairs!!!!! No parking

Very good

Nice helpful staff. Very accommodating. Lovely pool area. Good location for tram, supermarket. Clean and spacious room.

A few issues with electrics, but they reacted quickly and once they realised it wasn't an easy fix moved us to another room.

Disappointing

The staff were helpful and it was clean. There was free parking to the front of the hotel.

One of the first problems was that it was unclear online whether there was parking or not. Thankfully there was. When we arrived the air conditioning in our suite wasn't working. They sent a tech guy to fix it and we were waiting a long time but it wasn't fixed so we had to move room. Then we were in a new room which was very noisy as it overlooked the pool area which was essentially the outside area for the bar so it was really noisy from music and voices late in the night. As well as that the air con wasn't working well there so then we had to move to a third room which thankfully was quiet but air conditioning wasn't working at all. There was a kitchenette with plates and a couple of glasses but no cutlery. Overall not a relaxing time.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and looks very new. Our room was spacious. Bar and restaurant on site.

Location. A little far from everything in a complicated neighbourhood.

The Hotel is in a quiet location away from the city kaos in a neighborhood with bakery, Hammam, pastry shop, hairdresser, fruit and vegetables ect .. Obviously if you arrive by rental car. Near large shopping mall and restaurants.

The rooms are somewhat dated and in need of general refurbishment. terrible cigarette smoke practically everywhere, no respect for customers, i found this hotel a place full of alcohol and kinky people. During the night, a lot of drunk customers had a party with shouts and screams until the morning, there is no sleep and the reception despite the complaints of many customers did nothing to calm the situation. Place where promiscuous couples meet. Absolutely not recommended for religious people, families and tourists.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The cigarette smoke smell coming from the guests at the restaurant.

I requested for small essentials and they didn't provide me.with it also the room I got had no internet I called the reception to check they said they check and let me know but noone had contacted me afterwards the spa though was amazing loved it and they took care of me

Great staff

The staff was pleasant and flexible.

There wasn't an option for a twin bed in the room. We were traveling as father and son.

the 1st room is smelly, i think is because of humidity is high , not like the photos
