Breakfast was ok. Location was good. Unfortunately no kettle in room though facilities were made available downstairs. Best part was meeting Eylul, the young receptionist, who was very pleasant and helpful :)

The rooms are a tad small, and would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in room. But location and view was good

Me and my partner stayed in a top floor room with sea view, the view was amazing, the room was big. Had a comfortable double bed. The staff was very nice and helpful especially Eylül who was supporting us with every needs and answered for every questions. The swimming pool was clean and cool for the hot summer days. We had breakfast what was buffet with loads of options. The room was clean and they came to clean every day. We can only recommend it, we loved our stay.

the staff very friendly and can speak English moreover, the location is perfect 1 minutes walking the beach there is market in front of hotel sell many things that I needed. the most important things is that the hotel is quite if you compare with the hotels which located on directly on beach because there a lot of bars with louds music stat after 4 pm until 2 am.

There is no regulars tissues, the refrigerator turn off once I leave the room. I could not use any card to keep the power on because the power reader is synced with room key.

Nothing works properly, AC leaks water to bed and the fan at balcony made very annoying noise at night, electricty gone around 15-20 times and room’s door can’t be locked, a mechanic issue. We informed all this issues to reception, there was a man who tried to solve problems but couldn’t so anything, at least he was respectful but the guy who works at night, was sleeping in lobby at a sofa and he doesn’t care about anything, all he says is “ I don’t want responsibilities, I won’t work here long term”. we could tolerate all the problems since the season just begun there, if the stuff were respectful a bit at least. Besides all of this, there was a dryed blood drop/dirt on my bed’s sheet.

There was a construction right in front of the hotel, but actually, we visited it in the low season.

The rooms are a little bit smaller and the shower is very small.

The location is good - the beach is literally a 1 min stroll away. We had a bit of a problem when we were there as a building just across from the hotel was being demolished. It was so noisy and dusty we had to complain to the hotel and booking.com this was resolved quickly and we were moved to a lovely room which was a bit more away from the disturbance. The Housekeeping staff do such a good job. Our room was spotlessly clean - gleaming every day. The girls and boys on the front desk were so friendly, we loved chatting to them, they really wanted to make sure we had a great time, not only that we enjoyed their company.

We were disappointed that the swimming pool was advertised as being open - well that wasn’t true - when we arrived we went to have a look and it was green and slimy - we did address this with the front desk and they didn’t really address this. It was one of the reasons we booked the hotel to be able to use the pool so a bit disappointing.
