Great location , very friendly staff and hospitality firm kadir and ismaeel, rooms were very clean and staff gave fresh towels everyday and changed beds also . Nice family hotel with great relaxing atmosphere and pool was also clean . Breakfast was great too

Персонал требовал чаевые за любой чих. Поднял вещи, хотя мы не просили и вещи были легкие, попросил денег, принёс чай, кофе с водой и тоже попросил денег и не уходил пока не дали ему 10 лир. Не было газа для приготовления пищи.

The hotel looks new or it has been revamped. We stayed in family unit, it is new and large enough. Location is good, walking distance to restaurants and boardwalk. Staff helpful and friendly. Wifi is good and free parking available at Hotel.

Nice location, quite new and relatively clean when we arrived. Nice view. Super simple breakfast, only instant coffee.
No cleaning for almost a week. You come after beach with some sand and it was on the fleer for 1 week.

Good location, the building is fairly new and well looked after. The staff are very friendly especially Kadir. Everything apart from the breakfast was acceptable.

Location was great, pool was good and the staff (workers at bar) were really helpful.
Breakfast was terrible. I was having to buy breakfast elsewhere everyday… There was an old man there everyday (assuming the owner) who was really rude and yelling at the kids for no reason.
You have to pay extra for air con and to use the room safe so bear that in mind whilst booking.

View from balcony is amazing, comfortable bed, cozy warm light and bra, A/C was good and managed to keep room cool while we have +42° outside. Great location, all you need is nearby. Pool is clean and large enough. Decent variety of food for breakfast.

The food was poor. Very few options. Sometimes ii was even lacking if you are not there early.

Rooms were lovely and clean. lovely sea view and we’re cleaned every day if you wanted
breakfast very varied but could do with a bit tweaking here and there. overall great value for money and the staff were exceptional especially Kadir on reception who was very helpful

Staff at Sunway was very friendly. Hotel is very centrally situated close to all local amenities and the public beach. Rooms were very spacious and were cleaned every day. Breakfast was decent. Below 10 mins to Grand Bazaar and the Marina by bus or below 30 mins by walk. Plenty of ice cream stands along the way if one decides to walk.

location is prime and the view was nice
not so family friendly not a place to take children, staff extremely rude with absolutely no people skills, simple requests where not forfilled and when when followed up staff keep blaming others.. RESPONSIBLE ALCOHOL SERVICE NO EXISTANT, other guest to intoxicated. would not recommend to anyone
