Big rooms. Big bath. Free water. Comfy. Staff nice. Good service.
For such a nice place, the towels need an upgrade. Terrible weekend service at the on-site restaurant for breakfast. Bar could stay open longer on weekends.

Prime location to get to the convention center. Very cozy interior and room.
We always like having a bigger refrigerator to put our waters/thermoses in & a hot tub for our sore muscles after tournaments so those would've made it even better than it already was. But no complaints!

Clean and well maintained property. The staff was very very nice and responsive. If you need a stylish, clean, quiet space it’s god for that. But there aren’t any bells and whistles.
No real amenities. The parking was very expensive. There’s very little nearby in terms of restaurants so you are reliant on the hotel restaurant which is okay but nothing great, and expensive.

This hotel is very new and clean. It is well decorated with comfortable bedding and nice bathroom. They lay out free samples of beer and root beer from brewery next door and have coffee in the morning and early evening snacks and water available each day.

The bed was too soft. More hooks are needed in the bathroom including inside the shower. The shower was so so.

Tavola Italian Restaurant and bar was nice to have in hotel. Free coffee and free afternoon beer on tap!
Our room was very small with little storage and our view was a wall of apartment windows 30 feet away.

Location
Check in was at 4:00, our room wasn’t ready until after 6:00 and our event started at 6:30. We missed the opening act. They allowed people early check in for an extra $100, but couldn’t even honor the agreed upon check in time for everyone else. Very poor planning and preparedness for a weekend they knew would be very busy (Taylor Swift). Staff was friendly but didn’t see an issue with people waiting hours for their room. The entire lobby was full of people waiting (for hours), some having to get ready for the concert in the lobby. Our room didn’t have a working phone, we had to find a maintenance staff to fix it. No ice available on our floor. No actual blanket for the bed, so it was cold all night. For the very high price we paid, it was frustrating and disappointing.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. We loved the location being close to the active we were there for in Minneapolis. It was really easy to get to with a lot of parking areas nearby.

It was a clean comfortable place to stay. The bed was comfy and the staff was helpful.
