Our apartment was vast and very well appointed. Lovely beach very close by. Lovely river alongside the garden - there are fish to be caught there - but not by me ! The guys looking after the place ( and us ) were very helpful and friendly and the food was very good. There are only the two properties and we were barely aware of the other folks staying. The pools is a very good size.

Minor electrical issues ( lights) needed sorting - but we were given a lamp which solved the problem.

Large comfortable villa with a beautiful pool right in front. Service by the staff (especially Kamal) was superb. The food is lovely, especially the breakfast. Nice and quiet and perfect for that relaxing weekend. A quick walk to one of the nicest beaches in Sri Lanka. Can't wait to go back.

The only thing that disappointed was the beds, which were just too hard. Everything else was top notch.

The staff were very hospitable.

The food is average. We were asked to pay in cash which, for 6 nights was too much to withdraw from an ATM. They should allow card payments.

The most incredible place in a perfect location and with great hospitality. We had the friendliest welcome and nothing was too much trouble. A chef is on hand to cook anything you could want and Chamil the manager and his two staff are so attentive and friendly, always smiling and happy to make your stay so special. The villa is very spacious, modern and comfortable and the gardens and pool are perfect for relaxing. Our 2 young girls loved their stay here, we would love to come back!

Maybe a drinks menu might be a nice addition but even without you can ask Chamil for the drinks you would like.
