Great location, spacious, clean apartment for 3 adults and 2 kids with exceptional customer service support for any need.

Everything was amazing and we're definitely staying there again ! ♥️

Location. Apartment was rather new.

Although there was a lift in the apartment complex, this only served units at levels 1 to 4. This was not made clear during the booking process and we were unfortunate enough to be given a unit at level 5. An apartment large enough for 5 people only had 1 bathroom, which was rather inconvenient.

The space was great and the location even better.

the entrance wasn’t easy to find and a little grubby.

The location was perfect right beside the train station about 5 mins walk .. The Tivoli garden was just around the block . the apartment was perfect for a family of five with very comfortable beds and very spacious .. the staff was very helpful via chat box and gave excellent tips on how to go around the city ..

Great location, fantastic property that was larger than we were expecting. Kingsize beds in separate bedrooms was a must as there were 2 couples sharing. Lots of local restaurants and Xmas markets nearby. Very easy to get to the property from the airport.

Nothing it really was a special place to stay.

We arrived exhausted from US overnight flight at 1.50 pm and were given a little bit of a hard time when I called because code didn’t work. But then things just were working Could have been a little more friendly and accommodating to weary travelers great surprise to have 2 bathrooms! Nice beds and bedding loved heated BR floor

See above loved having a code rather than keys made it really easy with young adult children My only “complaints” were 1.Very loud until 5 am Fri/Sat night over disco( I found the earplugs) 2. Disappointed that pull out couch did not have a mattress - my son said it was uncomfortable despite sleeping on 4 duvets 3. Would have loved ability to make filter coffee in am- espresso machine was pretty hopeless 4. Couple of light bulbs were out, could have used for extra light

Can be noisy with street / city noise / click chimes even from the 4th floor. Sofa bed was not comfortable at all.

Central location, large apartment on one floor. Well equipped kitchen, views of tivoli.

Loud nightclub downstairs on Friday and Saturday nights till 5am, used earplugs which were supplied and that really helped.

Excellent apartment with superior location! The apartment really exceeded our expectations. Spacious, spotlessly clean, light, well equipped apartment for a family. The location is perfect: Close to Tivoli, Strøget, Glyptoteket, Railwaystation, Metro. And walking distance to Torvehallerne, Amalienborg, Rosenborg.... A lot of good restaurants within walking distance. Two supermarkets (Irma and Netto) just a few blocks away. Very quiet. We had an apartment on the 5th floor and apart from the bell ringing from Københavns Rådhus (which is an essential part of Copenhagen) no sounds, no noise, no disturbances.

Actually, nothing negative and no complaints. One detail, as a suggestion: There should/could be kitchen roll or kleenex in the kitchen as you always need some køkkenrulle in a flat like this..
