Great apartment and lovely location. Simonetta was a great host. Unfortunately I arrived with a broken ankle and Simonetta (and friends) went over and above to help.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the apartment.

We loved our stay at Vista Mare and didn't want to leave. Simonetta was so helpful, meeting us at the apartment despite our flight being delayed. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The air-conditioned in one of the rooms needed to be fixed leaked alot.

The view from the porch and pool area is stunning. As good as you'll get anywhere on the island. The pool itself is an added bonus - very comfortable temperature and a lovely area to sit and enjoy the views. The property itself - well appointed and spacious. All conveniences you could need in a self contained apartment. The host, Simonetta, couldn't have been more helpful, lovely and accommodating. A real pleasure to deal with.

The property was very clean on arrival. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay. perfect location if you enjoy the beach. Great value for money. Host is very helpful and friendly.

The only negative thing was the washing machine which is shared. It did not wash the clothes properly and seemed to be clogged.

The condo was clean and spacious and the kitchen had everything one might need. The sunsets were beautiful. The grounds were beautifully maintained by Atta and the swimming pool was wonderful to have nearby for a quick dip or day of relaxation. The condo was located close to two great supermarkets and had easy access to St John's as well.

The parking lot for condos 1 thru 6 was very tight and required a lot of maneuvering. Sometimes people did not park in the correct space. Pickup trucks were especially difficult to get around.

The location

The refrigerator, TV and door for the main bedroom was broken. The fridge worked only 1 1/2 days out of the 7 we was there. We lost out on at least $75 worth of food goods that went bad. We arrived Saturday June 26, 2021 and noticed the fridge wasn't getting cold Monday and decided to adjust the thermostat thinking we didn't have it gaged right. We contacted the owner and she sent a technician to look at the fridge the following day which was Tuesday Evening. The fridge stopped working again by Thursday after we purchased more food. We tried to keep the things in in freezer but they still went bad. By this time I was very annoyed as I just purchased a bunch of lobsters and fish to cook some and freeze to carry back to the US. I had to ask her to ask a neighbor to store the items for me for the last night as her concerns were thr new guests that would be arriving the next day. I asked this woman for a refund of $100 for the inconvenience and she refuses stating things happend?!?!? Do not rent from this woman

The view was amazing and waking up to see it every morning was spectacular. The facilities were really nice with the pool and balcony. Would definitely go again

The wifi was a little dodgy so that was the only really difficult thing but honestly without the curfew had we been allowed to go to the beach like intended I think it wouldn't have even been noticable
