The staff were helpful when we arrived and requested a room change.

The cleanliness was not ok. The room stank of mould. The air conditioning was a rattling noisy box in the wall. The shower was filthy and little water was able to fall from the shower rose head. The beds were hard and one squeaked. The TV did not operate at all and the room had no coffee tea facilities nor did it have a mini fridge. The included breakfast was very poor quality and serving sizes were pitiful. The coffee was no better than dishwater. A very disappointing stay.

The AC is so noisy have timer that you could wake in middle of the night sweating like you’re in Oven. Never again this Hotel. 2/10

it’s clean and comfortable and the ax might seem old but it was cool inside so that’s fine!

The staff was very helpful the food portions and the restaurant were a good quantity and good quality

For the beds are not very comfortable at least the one in my room it was about a 12-in thick piece of foam and that wasn't good for my back but I honestly don't expect any hotel to have a good bed

The location was perfect, the room was big, friendly staff.

The breakfast was bad, I did not receive what I ordered. And for the coffee at the included breakfast I had to pay.

Pool area were good

The restaurant staff rude and unhelpful. We also experienced discremination and several times if disrespect i actually talked and made complains with the front desk

I liked how they welcomed me.
