good location and spacious apartment!

Furniture dismal comdition,beds about to break, squeeky. dirty all over. Aparment was 17 degrees cold. went up to 18.5 max. No blankets, tiny towels, lights partially not working.

The apartment was not very clean. I did not have dish soap. We had to buy toilet paper, kitchen paper. There were no black out curtains in any of the rooms for the night so we all woke up early. The pillows were not at all comfortable. The apartment is located on the second floor, without elevator. Huge problem. I would not return again.

The location is above the expectation - in the very heart of the city, very close to many attractive places of Düsseldorf. Many restaurants in the area will not leave you gastronomically unsatisfied!

Despite the property is listed as family friendly and claims that parties are forbidden, it's actually not true. We had a very bad experience with other party-making clients of AVI, and AVI couldn't resolve the problem. In the dispute with booking.com the property owner wrote himself that the property is A COMPLETELY WRONG PLACE FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS, and the reason for it is a very central place and therefore the noise from the streets. The sound from the street actually affects one of the rooms in the apartment and is somewhat like a white noise. Deep basses from loud music in the night from party-making neighbours, who were drunk and indicated a violent behavior - that was our actual problem and the worst experience while travelling so far. The problem was not resolved by the property owners, on the contrary - they've informed the party makers that we were the one who called to the authorities, which brought us some additional problems in face of a drunk guys bumping and ringing at our doors "in revenge" from 01:00 until 03:00. Also, one of the guys was really aggressive which forced us to leave the property 1 day earlier. That was not reimbursed by the booking and/or the property owner. Unfortunately, both parties don't take responsibility for the house rules fulfillment (no parties/events, quiet hours, no smoking). Long story short, this place is great for its location only. I regret that I didn't paid several hundreds more for a normal hotel and that was an unpleasant but very good lesson for me! * Best place for parties/events! (despite the official description and formal rules, and that is what actually happens) * WORST PLACE FOR FAMILY TRIPS! Better take a hotel.

Spacious and light. Nice to have a balcony to get fresh air without having to go downstairs.
