The property was a good value. The cleaning fee was average for the properties we looked at, it was nice to not have to "clean" before we left. They let us check in early. I liked that there was a code to get in so we didn't each have to keep up with a key. Cable had plenty of choices. There was plenty of space, the unit was laid out really well.

I cant think of anything. The parking was adequate, the was space was very good, it was close to the beach. It was super clean.

Only thing really positive about this place is the location. Right on the beach. I was not happy with anything else. I even tried to explain problems the first day and no one ever called or stopped by. I deserve partial refund since I had to play maintenance man on vacation.

Beds are hard as a rock. Breakers were blowing that I had to work on. Some outlets were shorting out that again I worked on. Closet doors were falling off. Also, if you are over the age of 3, then I don’t recommend sitting on the toilet. My knees were in my face sitting down. It was only about 1’-1’1/2’ tall. I was afraid someone would have to come help me up. It wasn’t a pretty site. NO security!! Not one single guard was in the security shack the whole time (4 days) also not a one walking around anywhere. And believe me, this place definitely needed security. On the front door you have a lock, but inside no extra bolt lock. I honestly didn’t feel safe around this place. There wasn’t one single person to help with these issues and never got replies from anyone. Again I should be given a refund or half refund since my time was ruined because I had to play handyman for y’all. It honestly felt like I was getting punked or it was a scam. In the pictures for the condo they showed a washer and a dryer, but none were in there. This review should be sent to condo owners, vacasa, and booking.com because someone needs to make this right. I also have never ever left a bad review, but this had to be said.

Location was perfect

The unit was filthy, mold on the blinds and bathroom vents, countertops were broken on the ends and sharp, beds very old and bedding was terrible. Light bulbs needed replaced,, fixtures full of bugs.We spent 2 hours cleaning when we arrived at 11 pm before we felt comfortable to sleep.

Steps from the beach

It felt like being in a college kids apartment with hand me down furniture. Fold out couch was broken. Booked stay for 4 people but was only given 2 sets of towels, more was brought the next evening.

Location

I loved the location. The access to the beach was awesome. The home was excellent, lived the kitchen.

I could not get the shower to work in the master. It was okay because the second bathroom did.
