We like the room and the amenities

No elevator

Right in the center of Old Town. Large room with sofa. All necessities. Shared kitchen down the hall. Easy entry. Information and maps provided.

Not a problem for us but 2 sets of steep stairs to our room.

The location is excellent right in the old town yet not on the main drag. The place is updated and modern and has many little conveniences that you may need including an Nespresso machine with capsules, and an electric frothed!  the bathroom is big and clean with a spacious counter. They supply fresh croissants in the lobby, which I thought was very thoughtful.

Luggage storage for after your check out was not locked

Perfect location and lovely, modern apartment with small kitchenette. Delicious croissants waiting for you in the morning in the lobby. No actual staff on premises except for cleaning team.

Noise in the mornings from garbage disposal outside.

noisy guests upstairs and in adjoining rooms, early morning garbage trucks ( Montréal is a city after all - comes with the territory, not property’s fault)

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with thoughtful amenities (basic kitchen appliances and items, Brita filter in the fridge, travel size toiletries and slippers in the bathroom). Check in and access to the hotel and room were straightforward and easy.

The view in my room wasn’t much to look at, as it faded a back alley lined with cars and dumpsters.

location and beautiful, immaculate suite!

the location: a 2 min walk from the main street, the old harbour and 5 min from the cathedral. the room was incredibly well furnished, very bright and spacious.

the stairs are very steep and narrow, I struggled a lot with my 23kg suitcase: I would not recommend it to elderly people. There are no additional services, such as no reception.

I loved how easy it was to get into the hotel and our unit. Everything was clean and reasy for us when we arrived. The text message updates and check ins were an effective way to communicate. Loved our experience, thank you!

Would have loved to have had an idea of whether there were staff present on site, however this wasn't horrible and didn't ruin my trip in any way.

Room a little noisy.

Beautiful old building kept really well, the room had gorgeous big windows out onto a snowy street in December. Fantastic location and easy access.

location was great , interior design was fabulous

1.apartment faces an alley with garbage dump so the view was literally trash outside the window 2. also hallway and stairs were narrow so it was hard to carry our bags up and down the stairs so if you stay here try to travel light - there are no elevators
