Great family vacation. Great amenities. Great communication with host. Can't beat it.

Gorgeous view, cleanliness of the condo could use some work. Three of the adults all ended up with bug bites after the first nights stay. There was no soap in the kitchen or main bathroom, only shampoo and conditioner in the master bathroom. Sink in the master was clogged and kept backing up. For the $ spent per night def disappointed.

Perfect for a classic resort-style beach vacay! Our 3 br unit was in a hi-rise right ON the promenade, which is the cement walkway that runs along the beach at Seaside. You could walk right out the pool deck (heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs!) onto the crazy long expanse of the beach. The building is also right at the roundabout that marks the end of of the Lewis and Clark trail, and one side is the main beach-town street, so you can walk to get sandwiches or coffee or go to the arcades. I can't image a more perfect location for Seaside beach! The hotel complex has a game room, a good little snack bar/coffee bar on the pool, and lots of covered parking in the parking structure attached to the hotel. Our unit was a 3 bedroom, and had two twin beds in one room, a queen in another, a king in the last bedroom, and even a double Murphy bed in the living room wall. Comfy beds, nice linens. Very clean. Kitchen was not fancy but well equipped, and had a few spice packets and some starter packs for the coffee maker (drip) with filters for the whole week. It was a bit cold when we were there, and we used the gas fireplace more than than the air conditioning. Wifi is fine. Our balcony looked over the pool deck, and had a great side-view of the ocean. It was a little noisy with happy kids yelling until exactly 10pm, when they close the pool and everything falls silent. Only 1 mild downer: fending off lobby agents always trying to get you to come to a buy-a-condo-here presentation.

the condo was perfect for our long weekend, it was clean and staff was very attentive.

Annette was so very helpful and patient through all my scatter brained questions and changes. The property does not have air conditioning as advertised (or at least our room didn’t), but it was comfortable opening the windows and balcony door. Note the property is a timeshare and they will relentlessly try to sell you ownership or vacation rentals when they find out you rented through VRBO. Overall it was a really great experience and I would absolutely work with Annette again in the future.
