Beautiful, clean, and spacious house! Wished for more direct sunlight in the pool but it was noted on the website so we knew forehand that it would be that way.

So much space indoors and outdoors, Location was perfect! Very clean with all that you need to entertain even on the rainy days! We will be back!

Expectations of a property in the price range of the rental property fall well below satisfaction.
Rats in the pool area/backyard is inexcusable.
While enjoying the pool, in midday, rats, not mice, were walking through the backyard from the yard area to the grill and under the staircase. They were difficult to frighten and discourage from the area. You may confirm we never used the grill nor dined near the pool so food debris can not be the causative agent. This is absolutely unacceptable. The lack of response by the rats led us to believe this was not the first time they made the pool area their home. If reparation is not offered , the torn and social media will be engaged.
The pool / back yard fence was in disrepair. A 12 foot section of fencing was missing and a flimsy plastic band was used in its place. The fence was the security barrier from the main street. The absence of fencing posed a security and child safety issue. We were not informed of this prior to rental.
The appliances in the cabinet under the utensils were all dirty. Both appliances and fitted containers required washing.
The windows are not of a standard to provide noise reduction. The master bedroom had the intrusion of backyard bbq and porch noise well into midnight. The neighbors were not loud on a pleasant evening but the windows offered no noise isolation. The Queen bedrooms had full on noise from the main road which is a 24/7 throughway into Siesta Key. This was a major sleep disturbance.
It's located on a very busy road on a sharp turn very dangerous if you have little kids. They said the beach was a 5 min walk. It's not a beach. It's a private small area. Pool could of been cleaned before we got there. They clean it once a week. It should be planned around the last tenant. The deck could of been renovated or power washed. Dirty and moldy.
It's also annoying they don't provide any toiletries. They had only 2 kitchen towels.
The sliding door to pool on the left side was broken. My 2 year got out a few times and headed toward pool
The outlets in the bedroom to the right was broken. So we couldn't plug in our phones
Overall - it was not with the amount of money we spent.

The home was nice and spacious and great for having adult age kids. Nice having rooms with queen size and king size beds. Downside would be the WiFi. None of us had our phones on WiFi, and could only use one TV at a time and that still buffered. Had to have property manager come in. But it was still a problem. Definitely could not work remotely from there.

The Siesta Key Getaway
This is an awsome house with with tons of space, a beautiful backyard and quality furnishings. My friends and I had an amazing time and would highly recommend you consider making this your next beach getaway.

We loved our stay here! The outside oasis would bring us to come back here again. The pool and downstairs patio was wonderful. Would love to have had an outside bathroom but other than that it was a wonderful experience. Not in the super touristy area but a 5-7 min drive to the beach, which was a plus for us.

This house itself was beautiful and fit us all perfectly. Has everything you need. Pool was fun too. The biggest downfall for us was location. I thought we could walk to the beach. You can walk to a pile of sand no bigger than a front lawn but its not really a beach. It was packed in that area so no where to even sit. You can't go outside that little area as there are rocks. So for us we had to load up and go to public parking which of course is super busy. I was under the impression we could have true beach access just walking distance. I live to take coffee and walk along the beach in the morning. Just couldn't do that. The trolly was available but we came at a very busy time so having to wait wasn't fun. Overall the property was beautiful and had we known more about the beach area ahead of time it might not have been a disappointment.

Cars are constant drag racing and music loudest you have ever heard! Siesta needs to consider having some noise ordinance for sure!!

House and pool were great. Beach access is a lot further than what is stated in description if you have more than 2 people wanting to go to beach. Traffic is awful and extremely loud!! Cars are constant drag racing and music loudest you have ever heard! Siesta needs to consider having some noise ordinance for sure!!

Nice well-kept home. Open layout was excellent for family. Enclosed deck was enjoyable. Bit of street noise was bothersome but usually died off about midnight. Would have liked a rack or line to hang swim suits and towels to dry.

Beautiful home
House was beautiful, spacious, clean and had every amenity that we needed. Great location, the only downside is it’s right next to the busy road and you get a lot of traffic noise especially at weekend, however, this didn’t spoil our stay and is only a minor point. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Almost an A+
Everything about this property was perfect for our family...except the lack of ESPN on the TV. We were there during the busiest football week of the year for college bowl games, we had 5 large TVs, we are huge college football fans and we watched ESPN on a mini I-Pad sitting on the coffee table with 7 people around it. After paying premium rent for a holiday week, we would have thought the owners could have spent $10-15 more a month for the next level of cable. ESPN did not allow any kind of hook-ups to get it onto a TV screen. Very disappointing. Otherwise the property was great. A lot of traffic to get to the beautiful public beach, but that was probably because of the holiday.
