The proximity to visit St George’s hospital was fantastic, parking off-street and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Cosy and warm, has everything you need.

Really lovely place to stay for a few nights. Large comfortable bed, good bedding. Comfortable lounge & a good size, well equipped kitchen. Outside place was really lovely, having the patio or decking & comfortable seating area to sit in, in the late afternoon sun. Great shower, nice towels & separate toilet. Good location to local shops. A nice & quite area.

The plastic shelves in the fridge were split. Needed a bigger bin in the kitchen.

23 emails from host re booking and three different pin codes, advised them of extra guest 3 days prior to arrival, funny she didnt get those emails!! Last straw was man claiming to be owner knocking on door 7:15am saying he had to get into the garden shed urgently. My sister was just getting into the shower & he spoke to her thru bathroom window. Mayie then sent 4 pics of beds slept in accusing me of not informing her, which I already had in two separate emails, Mayie then charged $3.90 on top of quoted price for extra guest.

Handy central location close to main routes with lovely private garden and outdoor furniture. Spacious with comfortable seating.

The kitchen sink plug doesn't work so had to use a bowl for washing a few dishes. The vanity sink plug works but the water escapes under the fitting as it isn't sealed to the basin. The lighting was a bit dim for some uses. The coffee plunger filter can't be tightened and only used once after getting a sludgy brew.

I loved that it was a whole house to ourselves and that we didn’t have to pay extra just because there was only 2 of us and the property can fit 6

It was just a bit difficult to get the lock box to close up again but no biggy

No Netflix or sky TV No instructions for washing machine/drier No additional blankets Couch in lounge quite sunken in. Uncomfortable and uneven to sit on.

Chocolate on arrival was nice. And heating was on which was much appreciated. Nice artwork and some good books on the shelf. Was nothing I didn’t like, but it was hard to find the entrance, house number needs to be more prominent
