We had a great stay while racing in the J70 World Championships at St Petersburg Yacht Club. There were no surprises, everything was as expected. Kelly was quick to respond to all our questions, the house was perfect and we had a great time. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed with my family for a few days on our way over to Orlando. The house was a great location with fantastic outdoor set up. The dock was very nice, and the boys fished most of the day and caught tons of fish. The pool was just the right size with a spa suitable for my smallest child. It was nice to be able to be at pool and still watch the boys fishing. We walked to Starbucks each morning and the neighbor is quaint and felt safe. St. Pete pier and nice restaurants were a short drive away. The furniture was all in good condition and the house was as shown. Finally, the owner Kelly communicated very well and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect long weekend rental.

Stayed with friends for a visit with friends who live near by. Location was perfect, many restaurants and stores near by. Pool was great! Clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was great, very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We did a girls’ trip for my daughter’s birthday. 2 adults and 2 15y/o. Space was perfect for our needs. Rooms, beds, pool and dock. The location was centrally located to everything we wanted and needed. Plenty of food options, grocery stores and museums. The house provided plenty of essentials like coffee, blankets, pillows, towels and beach stuff. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some. There is also a Roku to be able to steam tv and radio. The pool felt great and nice breeze on the dock.
There were a few cons to take notice of. The bed sheets were scratchy and I had to sleep on top of comforter with a blanket instead. The master bedroom doesn’t get adequate air flow. It never really cooled.
Overall though it was great! Thanks for a great stay.

Traveled with a friend and my two kids. The layout, location, and pool was great. The kitchen had all the utensils/dishes/etc needed. I walked the neighborhood every morning. It was very peaceful with variety of foliage/flowers and wildlife. Would definitely stay again. Very few cons that really didn’t have an impact on my stay. As others mentioned, the bed sheets are very stiff. I found another, set that was a little better, in the closet. The sliding door out to the pool is a struggle to open/close. It’s just a heavy door and doesn’t have a handle to grip. So, I often found it open because my kids (8 and 9) struggled to close it. Two very minor things. Check out was easy. Just tidy up and make sure things are where you found them. Throw the pool towels in the laundry and start the dishwasher. The house rules concern, other commented on, were not an issue. They seemed fairly straightforward.

The house was very clean and comfortable for our stay! The bed and pillows in the master were very comfortable. Pool was great to relax in after the beach. Dock is older but still great to sit out on and read a book. We had a dolphin come right to the dock on the 1st day!
Home is in a residential area that felt very safe. Only downfall is how far it is from the beach (est 20ish min) but we managed.
Kelly was super responsive and easy to work with. The rules in the listing can first appear overwhelming but were easy to follow in reality. This is a good location for those that can understand/respect this is someone’s home not a hotel. Overall a great stay and would book again!

Overall nice place. I give honest reviews with Pros and Cons. Pros- great location for restaurants, and between Tampa and Clearwater, house is nicely decorated and furnished well inside and out. Beds were extremely comfortable except for sheets. Pool was clean with a great view of canal with dock. Caught a few catfish but nothing else. Cons- Booking process could be less difficult, coffee maker needs replaced-cleaned didn't even use it. Sheets need fabric softner they were very stiff. I believe every rental should have at least basic cable or free streaming service for the price you have to pay. Overall with a few things corrected I would highly recommend this place. With one recommendation for home owner it would be nice to have lights on the dock and it even attracks fish for night fishing.

My family very much enjoyed our 5 day stay. Communication with the owner and the location were our favorite parts of this rental. Quiet location but in short distance of all that St Petersburg and Tampa have to offer.

My friends and I were attending the Taylor Swift concert in Tampa and we had to book last minute. Kelly was so personable and great to communicate with from the beginning! The place was so clean and even ready a bit early for us to check in. Kelly had very clear instructions and they were super easy to follow when it comes to check out. She was very responsive and helpful and I couldn't have asked for any better!
There was a beautiful view outside form the pool and I'm so glad we were able to book with Kelly in time! If you need a weekend getaway or a brief visit to Tampa, this location is a great spot to do so!

Our family of 4 spent a week in St Petersburg and absolutely want to go back. Our goal was to rent a house with a pool. This house did not disappoint. It was very clean when we arrived. The pool was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed many days in the pool as a family. We enjoyed looking out into the canal, watching the boats go by, seeing the ducks in the water with their ducklings, and laying out on the dock.
My interaction with the owner was fantastic. We shared many messages back and forth regarding the must see places in St Petersburg. She was a 5 star host!
If you want to vacation in a quieter area, but close to all things for a beach type of vacation, this is the place! So many options for your family.

The property was as stated in the post, and we enjoyed the water access and pool. Unfortunately due to the extremity of the “rules” associated with this rental, I can’t say we’d stay here again. We found ourselves constantly referring to the lengthy check in instructions for every move we made and were nervous to do or touch most everything for fear of claims/extra charges. I’d suggest asking for these rules/instructions prior to renting.

My partner and daughters and I just returned from 10 days at Kelly's home, and we could not have been happier with our choice! Communication with Kelly prior to arrival was thorough, friendly, and prompt, as it remained during our stay. The house is beautifully decorated, and the pool area and dock were where we spent most of our time. The house is close to everything but in a quiet cul-de-sac, which allowed us all to completely relax. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We truly enjoyed our week-long stay in this home. Our family of five was very comfortable here. The kids loved the pool and catching catfish off the dock. Great location near many stores and restaurants. A nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Kelly was a fabulous host and very responsive to our questions. Perfect family vacation!
I cannot say enough good things about this property and our host! It was absolutely perfect. House was super clean, pool and outdoor seating was fabulous and the dock overlooking the water was so beautiful! We saw two dolphins, stingrays, catfish and more in the canal. The location was centrally located to all things you’d want to do so it wasn’t a super long drive to anything. Kelly gave us some great tips on things to do (do the Tampa CityPass if you can!) and beaches to go to. Looking forward to our next trip here!

This is an amazing property with an incredible view. The pool/lanai area was absolutely spectacular. We really enjoyed our evening strolls through the neighborhood. Kelly, our host, ensured we had everything we needed… all you need to bring is a bathing suit. This location is very close to all the major retail/grocery stores and restaurants. Kelly’s suggestions on local areas to eat and visit did not disappoint. My family absolutely fell in love with St. Petersburg and we’re already planning our next return.

The Smart TV in the home accommodated our HDMI cable and worked well with our streaming video apps on our laptop and cell phone. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook meals.
The serendipity for our dog was how much she loved lounging in the sun and grass in the fenced back yard. Also very close by, we made regular visits to Rivera Bay Park -- a pleasant and well-maintained park with many family-friendly features including excellent outdoor exercise equipment for a total workout. Our 5+ week vacation was refreshing and revitalizing. We appreciated being able to enjoy the hospitalities of the home and the owner.

We had a lovely quiet weekend at this home. The view is lovely and the pool is wonderful! The house is well-stocked, but could use a few more kitchen items - like a sheet pan. But, overall, would definitely return to this lovely home!
