Great place to stay near other family members who live in that area and wonderful when there is other family staying with us there also! And both of them had to work online across the country and it worked out very well for both of them and the extra space upstairs made it even easier for them! Very comfortable beds and furniture> I am sure if we used the kitchen more it would have been very good also. And my favorite robe is there also!!! We do VRBO frequently and this is one of or favorite from all over the country!

We loved every aspect of this beautiful property! Great design with upstairs and downstairs bedrooms plus full kitchen and sitting area. Tastefully decorated. Very comfortable beds. We wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The house is LOVELY! We were welcomed with wine & chocolates. The house is quiet, cozy, well stocked and warmly decorated. It’s so close to the Univ of Portland. My husband and I and our two children (well adults really since they’re both in college) fit comfortably and slept well. There are great coffee shops & restaurants nearby. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for 3 months at this comfortable home to visit our family in the immediate area and we loved everything about it! We were both very sad to leave when our time.was up. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit or family. This is a super clean home with a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable beds, two bathrooms and a private patio. It has everything needed and then some to feel at home. The area is great for walking, with beautiful views. There are also two grocery stores nearby, with one being a New Seasons with great seasonal produce, fresh meats and fish, and also plenty of local beer and wine. There are also many delicious restaurants and food carts nearby. Our hosts, Jim and Julie were so awesome. They are both super friendly and truly want to make sure that you are comfortable and that all of your needs are met. This is a gem, and by far the best place to stay in Portland!

This location was so close to all of the things we wanted to do in Portland, we will be trying to stay again in the future. Perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids, clean , cozy and so accommodating! Thank you for the treats!

Jim & Julie are outstanding hosts, ever responsive, but not overbearing. The complementary wine, chocolates, etc. made the tiny house feel like a boutique hotel, but without neighbors on the other side of the wall! The decor and furnishings were luxurious, too. We are a family of four good size adults (tallest 6' 4") with luggage and groceries, so two nights in this petite home was just right for our needs. A longer stay would be just perfect if you have two smaller kids.

Very nice and comfortable small house in Portland. Was perfect for my family of three. Our son loved the loft with a Q bed, sitting area and powder room. Fabulous, well-equipped kitchen. Friendly hosts!

We had such a great time staying here! Not only were the owners welcoming and friendly, they always responded quickly. Hands down one of the best and well stocked rentals we have stayed in! We will definitely be staying here for our Portland trips now on. Plus the dogs were an extra bonus.

We stayed here specificity because it is close to the start line for the bike ride Reach the Beach Oregon. However, we would come back just to stay for no reason at all! It’s the perfect get-away. Clean, has every amenity thoughtfully provided, the cutest little house ever, comfortable beds, and the owners are so kind and friendly! If you need/want to stay in the area, we highly recommend!

We enjoyed the privacy and cleanliness of a very well stocked and modern rental. Great location for walking through Forest Park from across the bridge and for wandering down to the charming town of St Johns. The owners were also quite friendly and helpful.

This property is a really good size for 2-3 people, very clean, updated, many small details thought through - games, books, coffee, welcome chocolates, nice bedding...It was very clean, comfortable, and in a good residential location. The owners were very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend.

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in! The owners were organized and communicated well. The house was spotless, warm and inviting. We were in town to tour colleges and for a softball tournament. The location was great for all of our excursions. We will definitely be back!

This house is in a private, safe setting, immaculate, has all the amenities you need, and provides you easy access to all of Portland, including 15-20 minutes to downtown by car. Parking spot is included, not on the street which is a plus. The neighborhood is cute with the neighborhood goats, food trucks, and quick access to running trails if you like them. The owner’s dogs are adorable and one of them is so friendly we could probably take it on a walk with us. The owners are friendly and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough about this VRBO, I’ve stayed in 50+ VRBO’s and this one ranks in the top five. Reserve it, you won’t regret it.

This house is in a private, safe setting, immaculate, has all the amenities you need, and provides you easy access to all of Portland, including 15-20 minutes to downtown by car. The owner’s dogs are adorable and one of them is so friendly we could probably take it on a walk with us. The owners are friendly and helpful. This is a new ADU built behind the hosts home. The entrance and the building is very private, with nice foliage planted to maximize privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped with spices, olive oil, even coffee, plus all the equipment to make meals. We enjoyed sitting in the downstairs sofa and listening to the rain fall. The downstairs bedroom has a full bath ensuite and upstairs the loft bed has a 1/2 bath. All the furniture and bedding is very new and comfortable. My daughter who lives in Portland said the decorating was "perfectly portland' with lots of bikes and pictures of St John's bridge, etc. The hosts were super nice and helpful - we borrowed some tools to help our daughter build some IKEA furniture and were offered a 1/2 loaf of home made sourdough bread for our drive back to CA. Highly recommend. We will be back!
