Checking in was easy and the facility was very clean.

the self-check-in is good if you want to meet fewer people. There is a good coffee shop next door. Near seven eleven. 11 minutes walking from Hakata station.

Since there is no receptionist, we can't order a taxi. Walking and bringing luggage to Hakata station / Fukuoka airport during rainy days can be challenging. If you are a foreigner and don't have an Uber / taxi application, it's better to find closer accommodation near Hakata station. Only local channels on television.

Spacious and clean. The split bathroom and toilet facilities was convenient for groups, and it was nice having a equipped kitchen. The location is about a 10-15 walk from the JR Hakata station, and there were several supermarkets within walkable distance.

It would be nice if they provided a water dispenser in the building and extra garbage bags for extended stays.

no cleaning supply provided when we stayed for 11 nights.

Very good location, less than 10 minutes walk from the Hakata station to the hotel. Good facilities inside the room and suitable for families stay.

Can hear the train pass by occasionally, will be great if to provide small vacuum during our stay so that we can clean up on our own when necessary.

The hotel room was extremely small. We couldn’t move in the room at all. Only about 12 inches space between the foot of the bed and the wall. There is no closet. The sofa was for Petite size. So, it was very uncomfortable to sit. I couldn’t sit and watch TV even for 10 min. Bed mattress is very poor and uncomfortable. For the money we paid ($381/night, it has no value. Compared to a typical US hotels, it is a worse than any hotel. The place was like a motel level quality, that may cost less than $70/night.

I wish it had normal windows so we can see outside. It can be a little gloomy with the frosted windows.

I booked 3 rooms in total (301, 401 and 302). I stay in 302 room, it is a bit dirty, there are a lot of dust and some rubbish under the bed ( a used bandage was found under the bed) and with strong smoking smell when check in. The sofa also with stain.
