Great location, full kitchen, toaster, oven, coffee machine and mokka, cleaning supplies. Big bathroom and nice common space. A/C was clean (not moldy like some places are). Quiet room and central. Bright but mostly indirect light. Shutters help keep the place cool.

Beds aren't very comfortable but also not terrible. Some mold in the bathroom and smell in the fridge.

Good location. Aircon worked well in lounge/kitchen area and one bedroom but none in 2nd bedroom.

The bathroom had mould in shower and smelt very damp. Toilet seat was broken when we arrived but it was fixed the next day. We couldn’t get washing machine to work.

The drainage does not work well.

We stayed 10 days in another property owned by the same company. We liked it, so we booked 3 nights at this place. Ricardo and staff answered our questions very quickly. The place was nice and our bedroom was quiet at night. the unit was very big. It was very comfortable.

Very nice host, communication was perfekt. Helped us out with some issues arriving late. Highly recommended!

Right in the heart of the city, good location.

Very noisy building, other occupants in the building were very loud, you could hear everything!! We replaced dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets as there weren’t any. Apartment was otherwise well outfitted, a bit smaller than it appears in photos, but bright and enjoyable.

The very nice host met us and provided us with a lot of information on what to do in Coimbra. Coffee pods were available for the machine at no extra cost. The location was fantastic. Only 5 minutes walk from the station. Very well equipped apartment with a washing machine. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely fantastic location in the heart of Coimbra, close to all major sites, restaurants and supermarket. Apartment was very comfy and spacious and well stocked. Host who greeted us was very friendly and informative about the area. Nearly a perfect stay (see negatives below).

Huge problem with ant invasion into the kitchen area in middle of August. First day we left some cookies on the kitchen table (in it's original package that was open at one side) and we came back at the end of the day to find a few ants eating the cookies. I wiped everything down with soap and water (hoping to kill their tracks) and we were very clean about leaving open food out after that. On the morning of our checkout 3 days later, there was a large steady stream of ants coming from a crack in the window sill leading across the kitchen and right into the red garbage can (very disgusting to see). I notified the owners by email with photos but they didn't respond back (I knew they checked their email since they had replied to me earlier prior to checkin). I then sent them another message thru booking.com website about it, but still no reply. Finally after I complained about the problem to customer service at booking.com, and then the owners finally replied with an apology (they called the problem a "few ants". Completely unacceptable from the owners for this kind of serious problem, and I probably wouldn't have even posted it in a review if the owners had simply replied to me immediately (I was actually trying to be helpful and told them where the ant source was, so that they would seal the crack in the window before the next guests arrive). Either fumigate the ant source or seal the cracks, it's not hard to fix, but don't ignore your clients complaints. Other minor problems: soap dispensers were also not refilled, clothing washer door is very difficult to close/lock, no direct car access to apartment street door, can be a bit noisy at nights from restaurant downstairs.
