The rooms were value for money. They had facilities like a terrace, wifi and in-room service

The staff were pathetic. The hotel guard was creating trouble by asking our cabs to move from parking while getting down. He was blocking guests at the door. 1 specific manager refused to offer us late checkout. He insisted on paying INR 250 per person per hour for extending the checkout. When we mentioned that we should be offered an extended checkout by paying a percentage of the room tariff, he argued saying that there is no late checkout facility offered by OYO. When we showed the policy available on the OYO website, he denied saying his earlier statement and started arguing with us.
