People at the property couldn’t do enough for me. Stayed in heart of old Habana so once outside expect to find a totally different world. Wanted that experience.

Pretty basic. Good for the price. Area outside hotel is kind of rough. Overall I don’t recommend for women to go alone to Cuba

Great location it’s in the middle of old Havana and it’s close to everything you don’t need transportation unless you want to see beaches.

I accidentally booked the wrong date because Expedia defaulted to the wrong date. Within minutes I attempted to change to the correct date but the hotel refused to reimburse the money.

Good location. Close to many restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was great each morning. Staff are very friendly. There was air conditioning, the room was kept clean, and there was warm water. What more can you ask for? Overall I would recommend this hotel.

great hotel in the midle of old Havana

stay was pleasant and quiet. staff was friendly and helpfull. breakfast was very basic little to no choice compared to other Hostels it was poor. bathroom was clean shame that there was no holder for the showerhead.

Excellent location for this wonderful Bed and Breakfast. Hotel Staff was phenomenal. Helped to arrange transport to and from airport, tours, restaurant advice, etc. Walking distance to all of the highlight sights in Old Havana!! Great vacation spot!!!

Girls Havana trip Lovely boutique hotel in old Havana. We arrived in the wee hours of the morning; the hotel arranged for someone to greet us at the airport & transport us to the hotel. The room wasn’t fancy but was well appointed, clean and the beds were comfortable. Included breakfast: fresh juice, fruit and eggs made to order. The coffee was delicious. The location was perfect, right downtown in old Havana, walking distance e to great restaurants and a lot of historical places. It was a bit noisy later in the evening but that’s city living. You don’t have to walk far to find transport options if you are venturing further out. The staff make this place. They are the best, genuinely friendly, Angel the Expedia rep, Barbara and Donna at the hotel but especially Luis. Luis made sure we had a local map, good recommendations to visit locally, the best restaurants and went above and beyond to arrange transport in Havana and our trio to Varadero. We’d go back.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at this family run boutique hotel. The rooms are clean, simple, well appointed and the washrooms are completely new. The best part is the staff, they are friendly very helpful and arranged a good breakfast as well as helping us get to our next destination 10/10!

The property is on a street in the Old Town you are close to everything and feel like you are in Habana. Its very easy to to see the real Cuba. Staff are really friendly and will help get local guides so your tourist money goes to the Cubans.

I loved the staff, they treated us like family, all of them were caring, polite, honest, friendly and very helpful all the time, making sure we had everything we needed and provided personalized advice on what to do in La Habana. The place was very confortable, great air conditioning in our room and the location was very convenient and in walking distance to many important attractions in Old Havana and great restaurants. The breakfast was delicious.

This a must stay place in Havana! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The staff assisted us in everything we needed in our stay such as exchanging currency, getting transportation and provided helpful tips to enjoy our stay in Havana. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They provide breakfast every morning. The hotel has photography art on display in the lobby by a gifted photographer Andrian Garrido which can be purchased. My stay here was so pleasant that I will be booking again when I come back to Havana. This place saved our life on our last night before flying back home when my sister and I were coming back from Varadero beach after 3 days stay there and booked some where else in Havana. We got scammed and had no place to spend our last night. We went back to Art Boutique, knowing that if we couldn’t get a room for the night that their staff would help us find a place. Fortunately, they had a room and we were able to enjoy our last evening in Havana. If you want to stay in Old Havana, this will be a great option since everything is in close proximity.

Art Boutique is doing an amazing job of providing a safe and relaxing space in the heart of Old Havana. Our room was wonderful - king bed, super clean, nice bathroom, and a lobby even. The terrace and main lobby must be seen, pictures don’t do it justice, it’s lovely. The staff are the best part, sharing excellent conversation and helpful advice about things to do in Havana. The gallery is lively and full of worthwhile photos of which we purchased 4.
