great location , requires accessible room this time and it was well equiped and wonderful to be in , bathroom so easy to use .

Location was right in the middle of town so very convenient for going out for dinner, supermarket 1mins walk away, bath robes were nice.

Receptionist on arrival wasn't very friendly, our room wasn't cleaned properly on the first day (bed unmade, used cups not replaced). Shower had a frosted glass wall which your shadow could be seen through from the lounge! Otherwise fine.

Suite was spacious, quiet, great location and provided all expected amenities except breakfast dining room in the hotel. We had to find another venue for breakfast.

Parking in this area is very difficult. Bathroom very tiny & cramped for two people. (1 person only at a time) More a business persons suite with room to invite colleagues in for a drink.

Noise - The AC in the room was on the loud side.

Great location in the CBD. The bed was super comfy and hard to get out of in the morning! Short walk to anywhere in Wellington and right beside the Cable Car depot. It’s a good spot for a long weekend or a night when travelling in a camper (which is what we did the second time we stayed and managed to get one of their parking spaces for a small fee for the night). Staff were extremely helpful, they welcomed us with a bottle of champagne as we were honeymooning and no any requests we had were fulfil with a smile.

There’s nothing we didn’t like however some constructive feedback: The hot water tank is too small in the showers and our hot water ran out one of the mornings. There wasn’t anything they could do and had to rinse with freezing cold water! Maybe something that can be improved in the future.

Excellent place to stay...location excellent. Checking in with Joy was a very pleasant experience, she was super helpful, and I would like to apologise to her for my husband for being unpleasant over the parking. All the staff we had any contact with were also very pleasant

Great place for families to stay in Wellington, the location is right in the center, walking distance to the museum and restaurants, The rooms are clean and comfortable and the service is great.

Location is very good. Able to reach waterfront, get supermarket supplies only a few doors away. A good number of cafes, restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The lack of noise at night was great.

The decor is tired, while beds and bedding were good, the carpet is marked and looks tired. The shower was over the bath, (it was able to be hand held which was good) but would not be great for people with mobility issues. The toilet top was loose and noisy if you used the flush button.

Location excellent, beds comfy. Friendly, helpful young lady staff member on check in.

loved it, the suite was huge and so comfortable. wouldn’t stay anywhere else now.
