When I got there they told me that they have double booked and did not have a room for me. It was 1am and I had 2 toddlers in the car. It was a busy weekend and no vacancies anywhere else in the area. So we had to sleep in the car. Will not recommend quality inn.

The sausage was under cooked, the eggs were powdered, they would run out if yogurt and not replace it with more.

I felt the daily rate jumped up since I made my reservations in May. Then they were unable to print a bill that showed the rate. They said I have to get that from Booking.com.

The Staff was amazing. We had an issue with our reservation and they did everything to rectify the matter. The individual at the front office was understanding and professional. They went out of their way to make our situation a pleasant one.

Clean and staff was very helpful.

It was fine. The eggs were a little bland and soupy, but the other breakfast items were nice.

It was all okay. Just over priced for the age of the room and amenities.

It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, the morning staff was friendly.

We got 2 queen beds instead of 1 king bed so the floor space was limited to put our luggage in the room. The black lady Shaneequa decided to make up my first name when I checked in at night, kinda weird.

Diverter valve in shower didn't work properly and was very noisy.

rooms were comfortable and clean. my grandchildren liked swimming in the pool.

Door lock would not open on first try. Had to try about 10 times before it unlocked. Sink drained very slowly.

Room was super noisy when we had asked specifically for a quiet room. Noise from road as right next to highway as well as really noisy other guests, walls are very thin.

The noise from the freeway was REALLY LOUD. I tried to drown it out by running the heater fan all night, but it did not work. It was very difficult to sleep with the noise.
