The property itself was beautiful and clean.

The room we stayed in was very humid and hot. Air conditioning was at max cold air and stayed the same the whole night we could barely sleep in that humidity.

The pools and hot tubs were disgusting! We arrived early so we went to the outside pool and there was a man with a very loud speaker playing Hispanic music so loud we thought the hotel had speakers on out there. The desk staff knew about it and clearly didn’t care we could hear it inside while checking in. Birds are very sad in their little cages what is even the point this day in age in having these animals locked up in cages for teenagers to pester for hours. The poor birds screamed all night and day they really should be given to a local rescue if we had read about them we wouldn’t of stayed here. They got no rest we wanted “Fenwick” sleeping and a child run up and yell at him. Give them to a facility who will take care and protect them!!!!! We had a atrium room above a little second floor seating area, looked outside at 11pm and there were two men sleeping on chairs pushed together. The room ac did not work and it was very moist in the room.

Staff was very friendly, check in was smooth and easy, good location to get around town. Easy access to the beach. Room was adequate for our needs. No issues with room. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was in good working order.

No privacy on outside patio at the ground level. From outside at night you could see thru the sheer curtains into the rooms. Had to keep lights off at night so that people walking by couldn’t see in our room. There was a lot of foot traffic past our room at night. Parrot squalled all day in the Aviari, very annoying. Microwave hadn’t been cleaned in a while, we cleaned to use it.

The view from the balcony was amazing and the staff were wonderful. I like how they let the animals out of their cages now and then so you can get a closer look at them. The bar was nice and the hot tub and pool were great. The cleaning crew changed and provided new sheets/towels everyday. The free coffee on top of that made a great experience. I recommend this place to any family wanting to relax and take in the beach atmosphere.

I can't really say I disliked anything. The 2nd hot tub was under maintenance so waiting for the one tub to be free was a pain but besides that it was a great location.

The disgusting bed bugs found on top of my pillow! I notified a staff member Monday morning that was doing the room cleaning for the 5th floor. I showed her the actual proof of them that had been killed and were filled with blood. I actually have a video of the bugs. When I checked out Tuesday morning and inquired if they had been notified of the disturbance. The response was yes, there's a mention of it and that they had tried to contact us. I checked my phone and the booking.com app to see if they messaged or called me. There's nothing to show that they actually tried to reach out to us to try and reaccommodate our stay. I remained calm as I had even thought about paying for another night but hoping it would be another room as we hadn't slept at all. It was just scratch scratch here and there from the yucky bites. Overall we made the best decision to check out. A nice gentleman by the name of Randy at the front desk asked me to email the video of the bed bugs to the qualtity inn email and that he would be in touch. Yeah, I'm not so certain that's actually going to happen. Meanwhile here I am now with multiple bites and a grandmother and Aunt upset with me for my choice of such a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous atrium that just needs to place more care and focus to pest control as this is such a danger to guests and to their amazing parrots.

A little dated

It was great location, beautiful view of the beach. Nice game room and fitness center.

Bed clothes were stained and not clean. Hot tub didn't have enough water in and the second hot was closed by the health department.

Price was the best part. Location was good and the ocean front.

Cleanliness. We walked in and saw trash laying right inside the door and there was some in lobby. Bath tub did have much hot water and the tub had poor drainage.

The staff was friendly and professional.

No AC in the room. Due to the atrium the room became very warm. So we turned on the AC to cool the room to discover there was no AC. I realize it’s March but this hotel was very warm. Called the front desk and they suggested we open a window. It was 9:30pm and we had little ones with us. For what we paid you would think that comfort of their guests would matter to them but apparently it doesn’t. I am a contractor and for them to tell me the hotel was in “Heat mode” due to the time of year simply means they were trying to save money. Well sorry. Your guests comfort should take precedence over your energy budget. We will not be staying here anymore.

The location of it is perfect as it is right on the beach and has easy access to popular restaurants and attractions you can easily walk to. The value and staff were outstanding which definitely makes me want to come stay again!

Our room was only accessible via stairs outside so it was a little difficult to access.
