Location, very friendly. Overall comfy

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The staff was very welcoming. The location was ideal and very close to anything you would want to do. The balcony was a lovely touch!

There was a very strong chemical smell coming from the linens. I assume it is whatever laundry detergent the company uses because the towels and washcloths had the same strong scent. The company would definitely benefit from more parking. If you leave at certain times of the day, don't expect easy parking once you return. We had to drive in circles for 30 minutes until another guest left to park. When questioning staff about the parking shortage, we were told that we could park at a nearby attraction. That wasn't the answer we were expecting as paying customers.

The stay was very nice and will def stay there again, very pleasant.

The room seemed clean enough. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable.

The room with a loft was small, overall. No place to sit comfortably on the main level. Towel bar/rack torn off and missing. No ironing board or iron. Steamer doesn't cut it. The price was high, considering the things lacking.

I loved where it is located, I loved the amenities...couldn't ask for a better place. Beautiful outdoor area with pool and firepit. Room was amazing with loft area for second bedroom.

The doors to rooms slam shut, so when your neighbor decides 230am is a good time to come in, you know it.

Breakfast was normal for this chain. It was hot, had some variety and was served until 10 am.

Elevator from basement garage was a little slow.
