Starting with the staff who were extremely friendly , polite and professional , the view from the tent is magnificent , the beach is never-ending and the food is excellent . They have a playground , beach activities and free access to the Mangrove sanctuary . The best place to make wonderful memories !!

Well.appointed rooms, breathtaking location

The hospitality of the hotel was friendly. When we reached the car park, the hotel staff was immediately interested in us, and they assisted in carrying the luggage to the boat. After a short and nice boat trip, the other hotel staff welcomed us and helped us till we reached the tent by golf cart, and they immediately finalized the registration process. The room was large and comfortable enough. The complimentary nuts and dry fruits and a complimentary enough quantity of "large glass bottle of water" aside from coffee were satisfying enough for the complimentary feeling. Enough quantity and type of furnish was useful enough to rest and to fulfil the requirement in. Also, it seems like a huge textile tent, but the layers of the roof are waterproof. Therefore, the complex is suitable for lodging all year. The bathroom includes a shower unit, bathtub, two lavatories and a closet section. They all sit in the same room with separators; however, they do not make us feel rushed. They were placed very correctly. Dental kits, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were there properly. The privacy of the unit is arranged very correctly, and the privacy precautions by the bamboo boundary walls never block the lovely sea scenery. The private pool was nice enough to spend time in, but the water was hot because of the weather. On the other hand, it was clean and looked well-maintained. Sunbeds and garden furnishings were functional and useful enough. We preferred to eat dinner in the hotel's restaurant. We selected seafood, and it was fresh and delicious enough. We could not use the spa because of timing. However, general enlargement works are ongoing without any disturbance and without unsettling the customers in the hotel complex. Furthermore, the capacity will be increased, and it will be so lovely, as we observed.

While showering, water mostly leaks to the bathroom floor instead of draining to the shower drainage. It's a little bit annoying situation. I am very sure that the hotel administration will fix it immediately.

Suggest; Written information in the room about the history of the area, including the desert, mountains and sea. Background information about the nearby mangroves, the bird sanctuary and aquarium would be helpful.

We were skeptical prior to arrival as the communication up until the day of check-in had put us off quite a bit. However that was quickly turned around by the exceptional service and gorgeous accommodation. Kingfisher is exclusive to 20 private luxury tents which is unlike anything we have experienced in the UAE. We loved the privacy, breakfast, personnel, room service, coffee machine and the private pool. Also, best shower I've ever had. We would definitely stay here again!

Email, phone and whatsapp communication needs to improve as this is the first impression and we did not have a good experience. Beaches need to be cleaned more often as there is quite a bit of rubbish that washes up. For a 5 start retreat, the food options of the set menu need to improve in order to be competitive.

I liked the privacy of the tent/pool, you don't hear or see anyone except some deers in the morning if you're lucky. I really liked the complimentary dried fruits in the room, this added a different touch to the service. The staff was very helpful and attentive, especially Maher, he was amazing.

The only tiny thing I had a tiny problem with is the workers starting their work at very early hour, I understand trying to beat the heat and to be honest it didn't bother us a lot but still the hammering disturbed the peacefulness of this amazing retreat at sunrise.

Very bad maintenance although an update is excepting by end of this year The Chef definitely must be replaced (food very low quality )
