New and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds with fans in each room.plus air con in the living room. It was nice and quiet and only a couple of minutes walk through the property to the beach. The pool was great too.

Wonderful newly built villas , very peaceful location off the main road on mountain side . Perfect for short night stay and lovely clean facilities and good kitchen set up with oven and microwave.

Only thing missing was no internet or wifi service which you will need for communication as no front desk or manager on site also , but this would be fine if they have good wifi service , to be installed as per owners .

Everything! There are 2 very modern villas and a fantastic swimming pool and outside area. In the villas every room has a fan but there is also an air conditioner in the lounge/dining. There is a Cafe and gas station close by and a few restaurants and bars at resorts close by too. Clean tidy accommodation with everything you need. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. I was initially worried to book because there were no reviews however we were glad we did, I would definetly recommend staying here, much better having an intimate space than a large resort.
