Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The property was decorated nicely, the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was good, the location was really close to the downtown Deep Ellum area.
One thing that was strange was that I had booked a two queen bed room a month prior to the stay, but upon arrival they told us they ran out of two bed rooms and had upgraded us to a single bed suite. I thought it was strange for them to have not held the room we pre-paid for. The accessible shower floor had some dirty looking marks, but I am assuming it was from wheelchair use previously.

the hotel was very clean
the front desk personnel was not at the front desk at ALL times - I had to knock on the office door for someone to come out and when we checked out again no one was at the front desk.
