Fresh, clean and welcoming

No shower cap ! as shower was only ceiling with no lower spray shower and I didn’t want to wet my hair was difficult. Pretty noisy outside with students up till early in the morning

Nice, clean, comfortable

Front desk was unhappy, uninterested, did not care. All the staff need to go on a Hilton training course.

Great place, once we found it... won't want to stay during term as I can imagine it bring very busy. Breakfast was nice in the cafe across the way .

The hotel was well located, very comfortable. Security staff very friendly and helpful

We arrived early at 2.00pm as we were attending the racing at Northampton Shaleway. Location and parking access not well explained or signposted. We were able to leave our bags in the baggage room/ office. We were not checked in or given a room key. When we returned after 9pm our bags were left in the office as agreed. We had to call night staff twice to get access, there had been an incident which we appreciated. Had we been given a room key earlier we could have gone to our room. The ‘Breakfast option’ was a very simple takeaway cold breakfast, not detailed in the breakfast option when booking.
