Condo très confortable d'une chambre avec vue partielle sur l'océan et le jardin. Beaux meubles en rotin dans le salon et la salle à manger. Cache-lit queen dans le salon. Armoires de cuisine spacieuses. La chambre a un nouveau lit à plateau-coussin avec de beaux meubles de chambre. Coin bureau en face de la cuisine. Grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon et TV 32 pouces dans la chambre. Cuisine bien équipée, réfrigérateur, cafetière, micro-ondes, grille-pain et ustensiles de cuisine. Patio extérieur, barbecue, barbecue à gaz, douche extérieure, piscine partagée, tennis et la plage de l'autre côté de la rue.

I learned that our unit had changed owners less than two weeks before we arrived. I am sure that the new owners have not had time to evaluate the condition and needs of our unit. They need to stay in 240 for a couple of weeks. As owners at Hale Kamaole for more than 20 years and as renters for another 20+ years we are familiar with the needs and challenges for both. This unit is one or two refreshing- and upgrading- cycles behind the best. Bathroom and kitchen in particular. I wish the new owners well.

Excellent location, condo grounds beautiful and well managed, this particular unit is decorated very nicely, really appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella, well stocked kitchen supplies) needs a few critical upgrades (stove-unable to use the oven with any accurate temp, bathroom upgrade is getting near dire need; screen on wonderful wide patio doors in need of wd40)

Close to our fav Maui beach and away from the road, we’ll stocked, helpful front desk, but the smell of stale cigarette smoke in the bedroom was disgusting!
