Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I learned that our unit had changed owners less than two weeks before we arrived. I am sure that the new owners have not had time to evaluate the condition and needs of our unit. They need to stay in 240 for a couple of weeks. As owners at Hale Kamaole for more than 20 years and as renters for another 20+ years we are familiar with the needs and challenges for both. This unit is one or two refreshing- and upgrading- cycles behind the best. Bathroom and kitchen in particular. I wish the new owners well.

Reviewer Comments: Excellent location, condo grounds beautiful and well managed, this particular unit is decorated very nicely, really appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella, well stocked kitchen supplies) needs a few critical upgrades (stove-unable to use the oven with any accurate temp, bathroom upgrade is getting near dire need; screen on wonderful wide patio doors in need of wd40)
