I liked that it was private, clean and the the breakfast was good.

The cabs organized by the hotel were charging above the rate given on-line for short distances from the hotel.

The location is awesome. All staff very kind. Just wish they would respect more the non residents reservations and don’t charge the vat. Should be knowledgeable on how to order medicines in the middle of the night, this would be a plus.

In general the room great, just pay more attention to details. For example the toilet cover was loose. Also all the water from the shower comes outside and the bathroom all Becomes a mess.

Fui una viajante sola, en un país totalmente desconocido para mi, donde no conocía absolutamente a nadie y siempre me sentí segura y como en casa. Amé Ecuador, especialmente a Quito y su gente, es un país totalmente hermoso y muy seguro al menos en todas las zonas que me moví. El Ibis es un hotel 1A, un lugar céntrico, con seguridad 24/7, limpio, organizado, cómodo, moderno, su staff excelente, la comida muy buena, el ambiente, etc. en fin no tengo queja alguna. Simplemente fui feliz allá y si algún día vuelvo a Ecuador sin duda lo elogiaría con los ojos cerrados una vez más! Simplemente Gracias a todos por tanto, el país completo dejó una huella imborrable en mi como una de las mejores experiencias que he vivido en toda mi vida!🙏🏽🙌🫶✨🇩🇴🫶🇪🇨 Soy mujer y viajé sola desde 🇩🇴🫶🇪🇨

It was just ok.

Our room was missed for cleaning and when we asked for clean towels at least it took ,45 minutes to get them. Not impressed
