Beach Club Condo - Private Beach Access + Pool
Ce condo est situé au 4ème étage du Beach Club of Marco Condominium (@ 1/2 mile au sud du Marriott). Mes tarifs incluent toutes les taxes et le nettoyage. C'est un très spacieux condo 1 chambre 1 salle de bain. (700 pi2 + véranda de 200 pi2). Il est juste en face de la plage mais possède sa propre plage privée et une promenade. Aucun autre condo n'a ce luxe. De la porte d'entrée à la plage, c'est à 3 minutes à pied. Le bâtiment est un complexe de 4 étages et vous êtes au dernier étage et vous donnez sur la piscine et avez une légère vue sur le golfe. Le lit est un lit king-size et le canapé se transforme également en un grand lit, l'unité peut accueillir 4 personnes. Il y a des téléviseurs / magnétoscopes / DVD dans la chambre et le salon. L'unité a une cuisine complète avec micro-ondes, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, mixeur, cafetière, tous les plats, casseroles, poêles, argenterie, et bien plus encore. L'unité a une vue sur le golfe et a son propre accès à la plage privée comme indiqué précédemment. Dans l'unité, vous avez accès à des chaises de plage, une glacière de plage, un parasol. De la véranda, vous avez vue sur la piscine et vous pouvez voir le golfe. L'unité dispose également d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et d'un parking couvert. Je commence et termine toujours mes locations un samedi.

Great stay! Host was easy to communicate and very quick to respond to any questions. Condo was well stocked with everything you could need including beach gear. Private beach access was uncrowded and perfect during a busy week on the island. Property overall was well maintained. Looking forward to returning.

Great condo. Well stocked and efficient use of space. Plenty of utensils, beach towels, bed linens etc. Beach closet was also well stocked with chairs, umbrella, wagon and multiple coolersEasy walk across the street to the beach. Needed coins for laundry. Owner was very responsive and quick to deal with questions and issues

Awesome location!! Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach access is right across the street!! Very clean and comfortable
It does say on the VRBO listing, under amenities, that there is a fitness room and hot tub, which there is not.

Our experience with Dave from beginning to end was wonderful. He was very quick to respond as to availability and full price for dates we chose. After we booked and sent our rental fee plus deposit for our stay we had our keys to the apartment the following week. In our rental envelop Dave included a map of the island as well as where the nearest grocery stores were to the condo and a top places to eat while our stay there. A must go to which was included on that list was Snooks in my husband described the grouper sandwich as the best sandwich hes ever had. The Pina coladas were great too! As for our condo it had everything we possibly needed for our stay. The bedroom and bathroom very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare meals during our stay. The balcony was screened and overlooked the condos heated pool. Dave also went out of his way to make sure we had enough beach chairs for our stay (very comfortable beach chairs by the way). With two small kids we worried about having to carry the kids and all the beach stuff to the beach daily but the condo even had a Tommy Bahama beach caddy!!!!! We had an amazing week in Marco Island and we are looking forward to booking with Dave next summer again.
