The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, and fresh towels, beach towels, and bed linens are provided for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Additionally, free Wi-Fi is included, along with a washer and dryer in the condo.
The Essex offers a heated pool, ample lounge chairs and tables on the deck, tennis courts, and covered parking. Enjoy an evening beverage while watching the stunning sunsets from the screened lanai.

The condo was wonderful with a beautiful view. Nicely appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beach chairs, an umbrella and cart made trips to the beach easy. A fantastic location with a short walk to South Marco beach. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with property manager was challenging when one of the couples renting couldn’t come due to a medical emergency. While the issue was resolved it took several attempts. Communication upon arrival and during the stay was very good.
