The location was perfect, the Patheon area was very walkable from our location. There was a lot of good restaurants to choose from in our area. The room was comfortable and well equipped, nice bathroom. The lady who freshened our room was excellent and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!
They don't really have a front desk to get help with restaurant ideas or taxis etc. It's really just for check in.

Don’t let the alley entrance be a concern. Step through the doorway and up to the units we were greeted by Abby, a gracious and helpful host who welcomed us, showed us our room and helped orient us with all the surrounding attractions.
The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We could walk to most of the key sights and there are plenty of good restaurants close to this location including a clean and efficient laundromat.

The staff, the location, the design, the spacious room
The mattresses were awful! Not comfortable at all we didn’t sleep well.
We asked for twin beds but we got one large bed and one sofa!
