The cabin was beautiful. The location was great. The only issue was cleanliness. There was dust, hair, and dirt on counters, in tubs, and bathroom sinks. One bedroom had stains on the top sheet. Once there are stains, just throw it away. The amount of money charged for the cabins is enough to buy new linen and towels.

I overall had a good stay. The beginning of the stay was horrible when we arrived the cabin had not been cleaned it was late and we had to find a hotel to stay for the night as the beds were not made. We did reach out to both the host and VRBO. I will say VRBO costumer service was awful. The host was top notch had someone right out to clean the cabin and make it right. I would recommend the cabin overall and stay again if we came back to the area using the host.

To whom it may concern, I booked the Sunset Chalet cabin for June 25 – 29, 2025. We were there with no WIFI/Internet the entire time, limited toilet paper and soap. One of the bedrooms upstairs had constant air blowing in the face right above the headboard. No lights on the deck on the grill side. Also, at one point we did not have power. With the cost of the cabin you would think that we would have had more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and we should have had internet services. When we called about it we were told that they were working on getting in touch with the internet provider. We never heard back or had the service.I feel that it’s only fair that we should be compensated for the inconvenience.Sincerely,Milton Henry
