It was clean and organised, in a more quiet part of Ginza. We did a last minute booking because the previous hotel we stayed in was not great, so we booked TSUKI at 10pm the night before our check-in. Everything was super smooth with the check-in so much so that they even gave us a free upgrade and gave us the suite with the wooden bathtub which was amazing! The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Clean and efficient. I had emailed that was my friends birthday and they had a lovely card and even provided an upgrade for her !
Great location also to have as a base and stroll through Ginza .
