Millennium Mitsui Garden Hotel Tokyo - Ginza

A beautiful quality hotel in a very good position in the Ginza district

The first room we had was a queen bed with bath. It was only 20m2, very compact to the point where getting into and out of the bed on one side was quite difficult. Also, very little storage so that unpacking was not really possible. Later we did stay in a corner twin room when we had to extend our stay, this room was a lot more spacious with more storage. We had the buffet breakfast one morning, but very little western food, and don't ask for a variation of a menu item, they won't change anything.

Superb location. Extremely well connected to the subway system (there’s an entrance to a subway line right in front of the hotel front door). Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was polite and helpful.

Nothing.

The location within Ginza is second to none. You can reach the best shopping spots and restaurants on foot. Subway is also very close. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was separate from the toilett which was really good.

I had 2 separate stays within 10 days. For both I booked a bigger room but it wasnt clear to me that the window on this room was kind of small and it was facing a wall of a building. I felt like in a cave. The second time I asked if I could have a room thats not facing the wall and they did it, but they never told me that the new room was significantly smaller. For the price I paid, I expected more attention and care from the staff. Overal nice hotel but, again, for this price I will try a different one next time.

Great location!

Rooms were TOO SMALL! And housekeeping didn’t do a good job cleaning the rooms. It was always too rushed.
