Spacious 6BR Beach Home Pool, Direct Gulf access
Une magnifique maison de plage 6BR lumineuse, très grande, 2700 pieds carrés. Le meilleur emplacement, donnant sur le golfe un accès direct à la plage de 13th St. Belle vue sur l'océan depuis la plupart des chambres, grands balcons de 30 pieds. Grands rendez-vous, grande cuisine, granit, inox, carrelage partout. Les chambres principales des roi et des reine ont des balcons donnant sur le golfe. Les lits King sont en mousse à mémoire de forme. La maison a une grande piscine partagée de 21'x40 'derrière. Nous avons également un pataugeoire / parc aquatique à côté de la piscine ... les enfants adorent. La maison a une grande douche fermée, un barbecue et une table de pique-nique. Un grand parking, vous avez au moins 4 places et comme nous sommes un coin, il y a beaucoup de stationnement hors rue L'emplacement est parfait, nous sommes à seulement 2 miles du centre de la ville mais loin des hausses. À quelques pas de la plage. Notre plage est immense, une large bande de sable blanc et cristallin. Les activités proches incluent la natation, le canotage, le surf, le parachute ascensionnel en jet ski, etc. Veuillez noter que j'ai un minimum de 7 nuits en été à partir du Memorial Day jusqu'à la 2 semaine d'août

Love this house with a great veiw of the Gulf and the pool was Awesome. Place was very clean and the beds slept Great. Will b coming back here and recommend it to everyone.

My wife and I took our children, grandchildren, and two great grandchildren and we had a very enjoyable time. Where the property is located is somewhat remote but whatever we needed was a quick 10-15 minute ride. Special thanks to Bob our host. Would love to go back in a year or so!! Zero complaints!

Location was great! Literally right across the street from the beach. Able to access the beach easily and walk back up to the house when we needed to. Parking under the house was easy & having a pool right behind the house was wonderful.
We did find bed bugs and notified the owner immediately. The owner sent an exterminator out within about 2 hours who confirmed the presence of bed bugs and sprayed the rooms but said the house would need to be fumigated and that would require us to vacate for 4 hours but no one ever came to fumigate and no one ever reached back out to us about when they would be coming to fumigate.
Also the house in this picture is not the #3 condo which is what we were told we rented. The house in the photo is the house beside the house that was rented to us. I know for a fact because the railings on the balconies in this photo have metal white railings and the house we stayed in had unsafe cords for railings which were mostly loose and needed to be tightened. So the balconies were an unsafe area for children to be in my opinion. The splash pad photo is very outdated. The splash pad does not have all those pieces but was sufficient for our children. Also almost all the pool chairs were broken in some form. There was a cable box under the house with loose cables coming out everywhere. The first night the oven handle came off the oven and we had to tighten it to get it to stay on. The refrigerator was missing more shelves that were actually in the fridge.
