Beautiful room with view over the mountains. Amazing onsens that were always available when we wanted to use them. Much preferred having private onsens than public. Excellent location for easy buses around the area. Polite and helpful staff, able to store luggage on day of check in and out.
Only improvement would be to provide more towels (including hand towels) instead of paper towels in the bathroom of the room.

Great location close to bus station for kamikochi and nice restaurants. Nice private onsens. Clean and big space, nice view. Friendly staff that went above and beyond to help when we didn't have WiFi the first day (it was fixed!).
Only a fridge and no plates or anything to use for take out like breakfast (no food/restaurant available in the hotel), not enough hooks or something for your towels. The outside onsen was closed, which we wanted to use, but fortunately the inside one had big doors that could open to the outside.
