I thought that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I also found the food to be amazing. A perfect weekend trip away from Tokyo!

The price is good for living in Hirayu Onsen and it is near to the two ski areas in Hirayu. The bus station is just 2-3 mins walk from the hotel. The private onsen in the hotel also have a good view.
