Bayfront - North Mission Beach
Ce condo amélioré de deux chambres et deux salles de bain au bord de la baie est l'endroit idéal pour vivre le style de vie de Mission Beach dans la magnifique Mission Bay. L'océan Pacifique est à moins d'une minute à pied. Situé au deuxième étage, le spacieux balcon offre une belle vue sur les bateaux et l'eau. Utilisez le barbecue pendant que vous regardez les bateaux naviguer sur la baie, ou regardez le lever du soleil sur la baie avec votre café du matin. La cuisine est neuve et de nombreuses autres améliorations viennent d'être achevées en novembre 2011. Il y a à la fois un escalier et un ascenseur, vous pouvez donc choisir votre accès au condo.
Avec près de 1200 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, il y a beaucoup de place pour une ou deux familles pour profiter des vacances que vous méritez. Belmont Park est à dix minutes à pied, et vous pouvez conduire à Sea World en cinq minutes. Le quartier branché de Gaslamp, le centre-ville, Petco Park et l'aéroport sont à seulement 10-12 minutes en voiture, tout comme la luxueuse La Jolla, qui abrite des stars de cinéma, des artistes et une grande famille de bébés phoques.
Mission Beach est la meilleure plage de San Diego, pour les enfants et les adultes, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Réservez dès maintenant pour passer un bon moment dans la belle Californie du Sud.

The property is amazing. Right on the bay. Two minute walk to the beach. Safe area. Check-in & check-out was very easy. The host was quick to respond and helpful! The condo is spacious with everything you could need for a great beach stay!

The property is located right on Mission Bay & has east access to everything. We frequently travel & consistently rent through VRBO. I am going review pros and cons. Pros: 1. Location. It is easy on and off the freeway and short distance to all the sights. It is a right on the bay, and short walk to a nice playground or the ocean. We brought our two adult children and a school age child. There is something for everyone. 2. Space. The two rooms, four beds was ample space. The kitchen is nicely updated and actually has great pans (rarity for rentals). 3. Property Owner Communication. We had a small issue and I messaged the owner. He immediately resolved the issue. His communication was great. 4. Extras. There are beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, and beach toys to use. Huge bonus!Cons:1. Parking. While having a space is great in the area, it is right on the entrance to the bay and snug. The other condo occupants do not consistently park within the lines making the space difficult. 2. Noise. We have stayed on the bay three other occasions, we expect noise. However, it is right across from a reception center & there were 3 events with a DJ during our 5 nights that played loud music, yelling, & celebrating well into the night. If you are up partying, you won't mind. If you have kids that go to sleep by 9, it's hard. 3. Bugs. Mosquitos were brutal in the evenings on the deck. Overall, this is a great condo. I recommend as long as you're prepared for the few cons.

Good spot for the price. Family of 6 w/4 kids and had plenty of space. Pros- location, parking, great communication with owner, lots of kitchen tools/etc, lots of pillows and blankets, fans and heater options, 3 beach chairs/ 1 beach umbrella and plenty of sand toys. Cons- No A/C and some windows had no screens or damaged screens (thankful for the low 70s temps as it would be miserable to stay here if the temps were any higher), master bed was too soft and felt sunken toward the middle, couch smelled like smoker person had lived on it for the last month, overall musty smell, not enough bath towels (only 7 so we did laundry a lot) and only 3 beach towels (but the owner did quickly respond and brought 4 more the next day), not many seasonings/no salt (only margarita salt), one griddle pan had old food/mold growing on it, guest bath needs a deep clean around the outside tub/toilet area, some of the blinds in the bunk room and kitchen were missing a few panels, patio chairs showing wear and rust. Overall, it was a good spot for the week we stayed and we did most of our meals there and everything we needed worked well for our needs. Would we stay again? Maybe- would need to have a new mattress for master and a deep clean on the couch smell, and we would only try to book for a cooler season as there is no A/C. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach time and how close it was to everything we wanted to do. Side note, there is a wedding venue next door so it got loud until 10pm some nights.
