Singel Residence

Beautiful apartment, beautiful location and lots of nice amenities. Walking outside to a view of the canals is just amazing. Friendly and detail oriented host! Would recommend to anyone traveling to Amsterdam. You can walk to so many different locations plus it’s just a few minutes walk to public transportation for getting to the airport or anywhere outside of central Amsterdam. Great value as well.

Nothing! It was perfect.

Our stay at Singel Residence was exceptional and felt more like a luxury hotel than a holiday rental. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and in a perfect location right on the canal. Marlies was an outstanding host. She personally welcomed us on the bridge, made unloading our luggage easy, and was incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. As a lovely farewell gesture before check-out, she brought us fresh stroopwafels, which our kids absolutely loved. A small note for future guests: the main bedroom has a beautiful skylight that lets in plenty of natural light, so use the curtain if you prefer a darker room. The mattress is also on the softer side. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it! ❤️

Nothing

Location was very convenient an easy walk to the train station and everything you could need only steps away

There’s nothing not to like but if I have to be picky the beds were a bit soft for our personal preference

I liked that it had a separate bedroom. Great location right on the canal close to many attractions. Host was very friendly and provided a great list of things to do and places to go. She also allowed us to check in early which was very helpful!

I didn't like the skylight in the bedroom. I wish it had darker curtains too block the light.
