Close to transit, shops & tours
I know they were redoing their historic front, so it was covered that was disappointing, but understand they are renovating

The location is ideal. Although very central, the room we had was very quiet (Not sure if this applies to all the rooms in the hotel, though). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
No complaints. everything was excellent.

The property had a wonderful location. We could walk everywhere or take a short taxi if we didn’t feel like walking. I highly recommend this.
Rooms were a bit small and there were no luggage caddies to put your luggage on.

Location is good. The hotel bar/lounge is excellent. Vintage decor. The hotel was an original Heineken brewery, plenty of history in this building.

Had requested a street view, we were booked with an interior room that said courtyard view, the view was looking down on some form of machinery. The room did not offer a simple luggage rack, we had to lay out our suitcases on the floor. We arrived at the hotel at 1300, were advised that our room was not ready and that check-in was 1500. Then I was told by the front desk that for 30 euros extra per hour , we could check in early.............WTF, he just told me the room wasn't ready!
