Beautiful hotel, with wonderful, friendly and very helpful staff. We were staying with two small children and the restaurant staff couldn't have been more attentive and accommodating with their fussy eating! we really appreciated their patience.

- Hilton Aberdeen TECA staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.
- The restaurant is good, it has comfy chairs and a great selection of food. My wee one got a free breakfast.
- The hotel is very clean and well presented yet not sterile looking.
- The bedrooms are well laid out with plenty of amenities.
- As an extra bonus my children were delighted to see some of the Gladiator stars at breakfast.
- The windows do not open. The room can get a bit stuffy.

A very nice welcome at reception from Jennifer which is very valuable when you check in. Nice swim and then a very enjoyable meal with more very pleasant staff.

The bed was super comfy the room was really clean
The staff said would we like to pay for breakfast - which we had done so already - the parking was off site and this was not clear in the boking - The staff did not inform us re wifi or car parking code - so when we went to get our car the door was closed and you needed a code to access it - we had to go back to the hotel to get the code and speak to the manger
