We stayed 3 nights. The location is the best thing about this property! 15 minute walk to Prince Solms Park if you want to get in the Comal River at the City Tube Chute. 15 minute walk from the last public exit. Or you can get in the Comal River at the property and float to the last public exit. Tube rentals We paid 35 each in cash (two of us in the condo) for the time we were there. They were delivered to the condo shortly after we checked in at 4 pm. The code worked however the door latch needs to be replaced. We had a heck of a time trying to open the door (not knowing we needed to press down on the latch at Superman strength), The condo is pretty well stocked and this is what we noted. The kitchen needs more than 1 full coffee cup. The couch needs to be moved periodically to clean the windowsills. Dead bugs etc. Both blinds for the bay window needs to be replaced. Quarter round in front of the counter is broken. Need hangars in the closet. Regular glasses for drinking. Enough items for 6 people. The refrigerator is unbalanced. No icemaker, ice trays needed. It would be a challenge for 6 people to eat in this condo. Only 3 very uncomfortable barstools. No table/chairs. Offer a fold up card table and 4 folding chairs. The WiFi constantly dropped. Light bulb in kitchen out and light bulb under microwave. Clean ceiling near air vents. A 2nd night stand in king room. Great shower, water pressure, and beds. Would stay again if card table/chairs provided

This was a great place to stay!!! Very nice, quiet, clean! We hope to be back next year with more of our family!!

We've stay in this same unit many times over the years and we will be back. Great location!

Overall the property was clean, except the kitchen. We found sticky residue in the bottom cabinets. Pots and pans were old and nasty. Oven was so dirty the grease in the bottom caught fire when I put a pizza in to cook. No fire extinguisher or smoke alarm that worked. Took awhile to get help. Big Chief did send new pots and pans and a fire extinguisher. The oven was checked out and they said it still worked. I did not cook in it again as the grease and fire smell was still there. I had to throw away frozen food I planned to cook.
